See how that works? You are wrong when you assume that you can project the outcome of every game based on regular season performance.
Any "playoff" that doesn't include some objective criteria for entry like winning your conference / division is complete horseshit. College football is the only sport in the entire world that uses the eye test.
It is already known that Georgia only cares about winning national championships despite having won their last one 40 years ago. They don’t want to be there. Baylor wins outright
By the way, I’m serious about the last part.
I think I remember reading that Roach, B Jones, and C Johnson already announced that they will be playing. Realistically all three need a good bowl game performance. No one on the team has done enough to lock in a high draft position.
Utah is probably the only team that spent significant time in the top 10 that Texas has a puncher’s chance against.
They run a ball control, run-heavy offense. Good RB but not going to beat you with speed. Conservative offensive play calling.
Texas wins 27-24
We should try this strategy next year. Right now we seem to primarily focus on hitting each other hard during spring and fall practice so everyone gets injured during the season.
It has nothing to do with whether the professor prefers men or women. It’s the fact that he’s advocating to normalize sexual relationships with children that is the problem.
Embarrassing that someone would dedicate their career to public advocacy of pedophilia. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out he has more than an academic interest in the subject.
Even discussing an OC who runs something other than our absolute shit “power spread” system makes me happy.
Same for a DC who (hopefully) doesn’t run an exotic zone blitz scheme.
I still have faith that Tom can fuck it up but at least we have a chance.
I don’t give a shit how he does at his next stop. As long as I don’t have to watch our nickel back slap fight an OT every 3rd down and long I’ll be happy.
