Barr already said that he thinks the report should be public.  As mentioned in my subsequent post, Trump suppressing the report would be suicide.  What is he going to do?  Fire the AG who was just approved?  Also, given the state of our politics, I guarantee that the first person who doesn't like trump who get's their hands on the report will leak it.  Especially if that is Schiff or Waters.

He fired the last AG he approved.

Point of order: Manafort admitted he gave proprietary polling data to Russian intelligence in 2016. He only disputes whether he lied about it. Are we really still arguing Manafort did nothing wrong?

Just another poster asking questions.   And probably another But Hillary conspirator without any evidence anywhere after multiple investigations extending over years, decades if we trudge back to Whitewater.  But defense questions noted.

Rigging those primaries probably. Until their ultra-conformist body politic fell in line lock stock & barrel behind a front running dear leader, as per usual.

Trump defied polling nearly 1000% of the time. Nate Silver was noticing this but couldn't explain why.

The answer to why is they flat out stole the election. Using Russians to keep the conspiracy a secret and withstand legal scrutiny once discovered. Collusion it most certainly was, and even the most ardent Trump supporter by now has to see that, if they're not insane, senile or comatose.

Guilliani admitted it. And he's apparently insane AND senile.

The followers of the Right don't care if the polls are rigged as long as its in their favor.

What I want and expect are pretty much the same thing.

I want a detailed conclusive report on Russia’s interference in the 2016 election.  I want nothing sugar coated like the GOP has been doing with the, “the Russians attempted to interfere” and “no collusion!” because that’s horseshit.  The Russians absolutely interfered and there was coordination.

I want Comey vindicated for publicly and forcefully blowing the whistle on Russia two years ago:

I don’t want Mueller to overturn the election or anything like that.  I want Mueller to give the American people enough information to defend themselves from attacks in the future.

There's no defense for the willfully ignorant or those that are doing fine, so everything's ok.  Glad civil rights didn't go in accordance to the latter group, but oh well.

Keep wondering when he’s going to tweet at AOC.

You know he wants to because he can’t avoid her on Fox News.

She'd go scorched earth on him on his favorite platform--and she'd take no prisoners calling out his looks, which next to his bank account, is what he is sensitive to the most.

I've seen more moving screens called on us the last 2 games than i have all rest of the year. Just sloppy.

Players look like they're thinking and stiff, especially on defense.  I don't know what's up with the moving screens but that's a regular staple in today's basketball.

I get that but if this dirty fuck is running without us knowing just how dirty he is then we're beyond fucked.  I'd rather him not be POTUS in 2020 and never go to jail than serve 4 more years and then be arrested on his oversized death bed.

Pubs will be declaring that the statute of limitations absolves them from any wrongdoing.

That was never true (him turning the job down). Doesn't mean he accepted it but he never turned it down. Just mulled it over for a while. Thing about Jimmy T is this: He's moved around a lot over the past decade or so. I may be leaving some out, but in the last ten years he's been at BC, A&M, Tech (for a very brief off-season stint), the NFL (Dolphins), Cincinnati (for a very brief off-season stretch), A&M and now it would appear the NFL (Cincy). What went largely unreported is that even last year, he interviewed with Notre Dame, the Raiders and UCLA but loved A&M too much to leave. It's tough to imagine him turning down the chance to coach for a member of his extended family - and someone he's worked with for several years in college and the pros - in the league and I don't think anyone could really blame him. This has been buzzing in NFL circles for a while because a couple of pro OL guys have inquired about the job recently so you can rest assured Coach Fisher has a plan and - mark this down - if he needs to find a replacement he'll have one in very short order much like we saw with the tight end hire. I also think it's a chance for the Ags to bring in a stud recruiter (though he'll have to match Turner's Xs and Os acumen, which won't be easy) with the 2020 and 2021 o-line classes in Texas being absolutely loaded. It would be a loss but also an opportunity to get better.

Ah yes, the old addition by subtraction ruse. Next one will begin with don't believe what your eyes tell you.  Surprised it wasn't written that Jimmy T turned down a job with the Patriots which is a big deal because they won a ring which he'd be wearing should he have chosen to go. But instead, he loved his dear ol'aggy too much and settled for middle of the SEC, per the usual.  The T stands for turdition.

What is even better is that tax "cut" won't ever be rescinded until Dems have a veto proof majority in both houses, or control both houses and the WH. Even then, chances are iffy at best.

But as difficult and far off as that sounds, it's policies like this that will shorten that expanse much quicker.

Trump is a guy standing on top of a mountain yelling "look how high I climbed!" when 1) he was dropped off by a chopper 500 feet below the summit, and 2) while he's gloating, he's carelessly standing on a shaky ice shelf with a LONG fall down when it goes.  And the only response is "but look -- he's at the TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN!"  Fuck that.  He didn't do shit to get there, and he's making the ground he's standing on even shakier.

Except we're all on that ledge with many more directly beneath it.

I see aggy mods are still running with the narrative that aggy commits "shut it down" in terms of recruiting but Texas commits are always still open.

Wait until the season plays out.  It's easier now than it's going to be once the mighty aggs fight to hold onto their middle of the SEC crown.

What exactly was the last thing they won? I think they won a Big 12 South division like 20 years ago?

They just beat North Carolina State for something--can't remember or care to look it up. But it's better than losing to KSU the year before. Bama should just use their Hall of Champions as storage for their trophies.  Aggie won't mind since its SEC.

  13. On the fence about them and have seen them live.  They are talented but the lead singer dresses like an old Jewish lady and at times, sounds like Adam Sandler singing Robert Plant.  The band can jam but they've copied LZ's mannerisms.  The guitarist has Jimmy Page down and I read in an interview that he spent a year watching him and learning so he's definitely in tune with not just his sound but the way he plays and looks.  They've tried to talk about Iggy Pop some but that ends with both bands being from Detroit.  Their first album is a good listen.  I don't think it's an easy thing to copy any of the greats playing, much less craft your songs in their style but they've managed it. And if you ever want to hear some different Led Zeppelin tunes, maybe look up GVZ.  There's no point in learning the band members names when the original 70s lineup was the better band.

Edit: Just watched a live studio performance of them that seemed more like a parody.  Awful.

Of course he doesn't. It amazes me how millions of Texans bought into his bs. This is the best example I have to give from my own family. My cousin is from Round Rock and lived in Marble Falls last I heard two years ago. When I still used facebook he railed against having to choose between "Two Yankees" for president. He was a Cruz supporter. As soon as Trump was the nominee everything was pro-Trump all the time.

The worst part of the whole deal is he supports the wall being built to the heavens if possible. I should mention his wife of two decades or so is Hispanic and they have three kids together. I will never be more embarrassed by a relative than I am of him. I remember him insulting someone I knew by calling them a typical black liberal. I have not spoke to him for two years.

This is only going to get worse, since it's far easier to remain stupid.

Ugh!! I usually associate winning with rounding, separating and detaining children and then losing them due to faulty record keeping, disorganization, and lack of basic human compassion. So many children...how many? Don't know but we'll do a head count from the pens and get a number. Then we'll ask for last names so we can drop leaflets over the wall along the Mexican border asking for their parents to come get their children.

    How it was written:

    How it will be read:

Together we can breaks decades of political stalemate, it's been going on so long, folks, so long, and it's worse now than ever before in our history.  Just look at our Wall, everyone knows we need it, everyone wants it, but the Democrats just refuse to help, even when there was that huge bust this week, largest ever, largest shipment of smuggled elephants we have ever seen and ICE caught it.  Democrats want to get rid of ICE, but we need a wall so much, so much. We can bridge old divisions, we can use American Steel. No one, no one knew we even made steel in America anymore, but we do, and a lot of it, we are opening new steel factories, many factories, so many you wouldn't believe, but believe me, the best steel and factories.  And we can build bridges, and the wall.  Steel slats.  We will heal old wounds, which was what I called John McCain, build new coalition, forge new solutions, and really folks, we need new solutions, why do we need to force them?  Why are the Democrats, and their leaders Chuck and Nancy, I call her Nancy, so against new solutions?  We shouldn't have to force them, everyone wants them, everyone wants the wall, keep out the murderers, the rapists, the elephants. And the sex trafficking.  They tape them with duct tape around their mouths, around their face.  Sometimes they can't breathe.  We need to stop that, we need to stop them, and the Wall will stop them.  They won't take a right turn or a left turn anymore, I'm telling you, believe me.  And we will unlock the extraordinary process of America's future.  Even Chuck's beloved New York, and I love it, too, I built some of my biggest and most beautiful buildings there, even New York gave me an award so many years ago, for my extraordinary contributions to that beautiful city.  "It's just what I do," I said, "I don't need an award," but they insisted I take the award, and I did, for extraordinary contributions to the city.  I'll never forget that, "extraordinary contributions" they said.  I said, that should be expected, what I did should be expected, not awarded, but New York gave me the award.  Extraordinary contributions.  The decision is ours to make.  (Republican side leaps to their feet in rapturous applause)

In your scenario i can't help but imagine Trump saying "elephants being bound and gagged with blue tape. Over their faces so they can't breathe." And the crowd face palming it with a "but they have trunks!"

To get back on subject this is just horrible. We all know Trump cares nothing about God or any religion so this is just collateral damage to him that means nothing. His followers will nod and approve. I do hope the locals down there win this fight though in court.

Trump doesn't give a f'k about Texans either. And apparently, neither does Ted Cruz or John Cornyn.

The Demas committing to Aggy remains the creepiest commitment video ever. I mean did Aggy win that game? Gosh darn, you'd think Active National Championship Winning Head Coach Jimbo Fisher just won his second title. I'm about 99% sure I saw champagne and cigars in the background. And heck, maybe that's enough for Aggy.

So glad that when Sam said "we're back" it was after a win and in a bowl game that mattered.
