  1. I hate to say this, but I think I'm at the point where I'm now sick and tired of winning.
  2. So mocking Beto for showing the fuck up while begging for help from President Grab ‘em by the Pussy? Ok.gif
  3. Do we really need a breakdown of the patently obvious like multiple tweets informing us about black face and that “Straight Outta Congress” is a rip-off of NWA’s Straight Outta Compton?
  4. No. Polling is still mostly accurate and has improved since 2016, when there were what economists would call “externalities” (“No Collusion!!!”). Even then, the polling wasn’t that far off as Trump lost the popular vote bigly and won a few Midwest states by a few thousand votes to put him over the top in the electoral college. The pollsters mostly get it right. But there are the outliers like Gillum. And Trump.
  5. We saved some cash for some spare parts that could be useful or assets for more trades down the road.
  6. Here’s a fun fact about Flood. He was representing Aubrey McClendon in the criminal antitrust investigation that led to the indictment and Aubrey crashing his natural gas powered Tahoe into a bridge the following day. He’s also a huge douche.
  7. So casting Beto as the bizarro Ted Cruz? Good luck with that. ‘The race has tightened’: Cruz allies sound alarm about Texas Senate race - POLITICOhttps://apple.news/A7ebtBYohTcauyFToT-s7Uw
  8. The comments on Ted's original tweet about the Harvey vote have turned completely against him. Brutal.
  9. Houston Chronicle Editorial Board: Cruz Floods Texas Airwaves with Muddy Harvey Ad https://www.houstonchronicle.com/opinion/editorials/article/Cruz-floods-Texas-airwaves-with-muddy-Harvey-13139447.php
  10. Wait, Trump's claiming that he "got rid" of the Johnson Amendment, which did not happen? The executive order he signed did not repeal the Johnson Amendment in any way.
  11. “We're going to win so much. You're going to get tired of winning. you’re going to say, ‘Please Mr. President, I have a headache. Please, don't win so much. This is getting terrible.’ And I'm going to say, ‘No, we have to make America great again.’ You're gonna say, ‘Please.’ I said, ‘Nope, nope. We're gonna keep winning.’"
  12. Nunes trying to make some Hardy Boy moves and ends up like Inspector Clouseau.
  13. The Harvey vote is getting some traction unfortunately. Here is more context. https://twitter.com/Astros290/status/1034458332361306113
  14. Beto gon be like
  15. And then people will complain that the liberal Hollywood elites are out on the campaign trail for Beto.
  16. Ellen is the new Oprah and has the highest Q rating on daytime TV. The last NBC poll had Beto beating Cruz with women by 10 points. An appearance like this can only help drive that number higher and motivate people to actually vote.
  17. I think the demographics of some of these events is skewed depending on the time and day. The Westbury event was on a Monday around 5 pm.
  18. Beto's op-ed regarding criminal justice reform in today's Chronicle: https://www.houstonchronicle.com/opinion/outlook/article/Beto-ORourke-Texas-criminal-justice-reform-jail-13181472.php
  19. Not remotely the same situation
  20. Bottom 9 could get interesting.
  21. He already did this and Cruz declined saying his Spanish wasn’t good enough for a debate.
  22. I too remember Monterrey House being pretty good (and the candy in the chip baskets). They were all over the place. So what happened?
