The focus of the sport returns to winning your geographically logical 10-12 team conference and then going to a bowl game in a good location against a fun opponent.
MNCs are just for clicks and selling newspapers.
If UGA wins the sec is doing a lot of work there. It's weird how many people think Georgia is going to blow them out after Bama already beat them on their field this year.
I've come around a little bit on this season as I've caught up. Still notvgreat but ok. Savannah and Rizzo have both played it pretty well and both seem to have big enough egos to think they can beat the other at the end. Blue Sophie really needs to turn on them now, if it's not already too late. A final 3 of Sage, Christina, and Stephen would be one of the weakest ever but could happen if he uses the vote block to turn a 3 vs 3 into a 3 vs 2 at the next vote.
Maybe if both results flip in the rematches people will stop holding head-to-head wins by less than a fg as sacrosant trumps over the rest of the resume and recognize them as the coin flips they usually are.
This board is full of elephants when it comes to WR drops. 3/4 of you would want to run off Jeremiah Smith for his 2 drops and lack of production in 2 games against us.
Back to a little bit of game talk, I was surprised that Endries was basically able to run wild all game. Surely he shouldn't present such an athletic mismatch to the #3 team in the country?
Aren't usc, ucla, oregon, and washington (and the 4 now in the XII) still tied to pac12 zombie bowls until those contracts expire? I remember it was a thing last year.
