				I’m a USA homer. I admit it proudly. I went in with full positivity. But it’s time we talk about how atrocious Keegan Bradley did with his morning choices. He put the absolute worst matchup together. Literally. Morikawa/English was the 132nd best possible pairing for the USA. (See the top line above the photos.) And then he put Henley off on the odd holes with Scheffler, when all the data says that the shorter hitter should go on the even holes. Keegan didn’t just ignore data. He essentially decided to go completely against it. Contrast this to Europe, who basically just listened to the data and matched up according to the analytics. Then they put the long guys out on the odd holes. People tend to overrate captains, but I think we underrate how much damage they can do before the round starts. Our team was set up to fail before a ball was hit.
