  1. They are good, pretty much everything is at least decent there, can’t go wrong. Philly cheese steak is my usual. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Guys, these fucking rates aren’t coming down anytime soon, at least not this summer. Natty is 9.30ish right now, it’s up over a dollar since the middle of the last week. These rates are going to be going even higher in the coming days. Like I said earlier, lock into the longest cheapest rate you can with a cancellation of fee of $175 or so, & then if / when rates come back down to the .10 level cancel & switch. It’s a cheap long term option. You are going to make your cancellation fee in savings if you use a decent amount in the summer months. The other week the long term contacts were around .15 for Houston. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Natty on the breakout today. Those Elec rates aren’t going down anytime soon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Definitely man power & supply issues out there that are effecting production. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. If your contract is up, yeah you are screwed right now & it’s not going to get better anytime soon. Best advice is take the longest contract for the cheapest rate you can find. Did Amigo for 5 years @ .15. The key is check the cancellation fee - Amigo is only $175. I will save that this summer alone vs paying .20. It’s a cheap long term option, cancel it if rates ever go back down below .10. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. A boat caught fire Monday on Lake Travis in Bee Creek. It went up fast, but everyone got off & was ok. Looked to be a newer Chris Craft, started in the engine compartment. He put 1 fire extinguisher on it, but it didn’t do much, he bailed after that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Education, huh just a few questions for you- what was the price of HSC or Katy if you prefer for the weekend on Friday compared to June or July prices? How was that Basis to HH relative to how it’s been the mast month or so ? Where do you think most of Comstocks natty gas sales occur ? Any idea where their transports gets them? Oh, what about how much they sold IFERC vs saved to sell in the spot market ? I’ll let you read up, I do this shit every day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Yeah, b/c I’m sure a natural gas company is going to get rich off real time Ercot prices. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. Yes, lots of people doing it now - especially in the Bakken & Perm - anywhere gas is trapped & would other wise be flared, it’s a great idea. Lots of articles out there on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. It’s was a non deductible IRA , it’s been in a money mkt the entire time, so hardly any capital gains in the account. Had Fidelity do a conversion on it ( so w/d & invested it in my Roth ) Turbo Tax keeps telling me I made a excess Roth Contribution & will owe a penalty on it. Earlier in the year I converted 6k & then in December I converted the remaining balance. What am I missing ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Is there a dollar limit on back door Roth Conversions? Is it the 6K or I can I convert more? It’s from traditional non deductible IRA . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  23. My 2 cents - get you a nice 4x6 100% all fiberglass blind, will cost you $1500-$2000. Combine it with a little buddy heater & you have room for 2 people, can hunt rain or shine, when it’s butt ass cold keep the windows closed & turn on the heater. It cost you more upfront, but will last forever & is way more comfortable. For a feeder it’s hard to beat the $479 600 lbs Stand & Fill that Buccees sells, you can buy a better more expensive one, but it’s a great value. For the food plot, do you have a tractor & all the implements ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
