If they really think Kent can be a receiving threat at that size I could see them paying for him since we need blocking beef at TE that is capable of beating a LB in coverage.
Obviously Sark is not wanting to pay what it takes for these guys. Is it because of what's already on campus and not knowing if guys like Goosby, Baxter, Wisner, or Moore will play themselves into the draft or come back? Is it because of the potential new rules for budgets for CFB teams? Would like to know the thought process here, but it has to be something along those lines. Sark and this staff have proven they aren't ones to lose out of these recruitments if they're going all in. So the question is what reasoning are they using for not going all in?
Is this a transition class after going all in on the 2025 class? I trust they know what they're doing, they've proven that to this point. But it's a changing climate and difficult position to be in.
Pretty sure the Republican brainwashing of the morons has gotten so ubiquitous in this state that even the children of rich people being killed by political negligence doesn't move the needle to cause them to change anything. Why would they? Who is going to get them out of office in this state?
In this day and age? Virtually nothing is news that isn't political. And you can thank trump and Republicans for that. They have fucked it up so badly over the last decade that nearly everything that happens has their fingerprints and corruption all over it. Or them making things that have nothing to do with politics political by making up lies and propaganda to blame Democrats. For everything.
This is one of those things. Their corruption and unwillingness to take the safety of their constituents into account due to gangster politics is what allowed this to happen.
It's just the way it is now.
He is, and he's not. You know, god's will and all that. "Perhaps we should have done more"

Just gonna be blunt with it here. When deranged lunatics shoot up a Walmart in El Paso, a school in Uvalde, a shopping mall in Allen... Where are these assholes? What were they saying then? What were they doing? Who did the majority of them vote for after all of it?
So you want me to feel bad now that they're the ones getting fucked over? After they shit all over other people that aren't like them getting fucked over? After they justified it and continued to support the bad actors that keep allowing that senseless stuff to happen?
Fuck Them.
The last decade has taken away my give a shit for people who actively facilitate this garbage we have in this state.
Except they could have applied for a FEMA grant to cover a majority of the cost, but didn't because it would come from the Obama Admin.
Republicans have zero care to actually govern. So when shit hits the fan there's no one to clean it up. But also no one to think ahead and plan to divert the shit from hitting the fan.
This is what you get. These rural central Texas rednecks voted for this and wanted it. Well now you fucking got it, hombre.
Oh you want answers? How about your god's fucking will.
That's these rural assholes' answer whenever bad shit happens to other people. But when it happens to them? Must be someone else to blame.
Everyone has their tolerance level for it. The only people that post here I know or ever see are the ones I went to UT with and knew back then. I have zero desire to ever meet anyone else from here. But I can understand why that's not the case for everyone.
I'm not debating with you on anything. Of course it's not ok to persecute the poor or minorities, but the US does a great job of it. It's basically this countries' national pastime. That was demonstrated fully during Katrina, and it'll happen again in the future, only worse next time.
Not sure how that absolves morons from playing thousands of dollars to send their children into well known dangerous flood plains during rainy season, but you go ahead and enjoy your NO fetish
Of course it is. But it's a city that identifies with that danger. And when it floods again there will be very little federal help, just like last time, and the racism and callousness will shine through.
It is much tougher to relocate a city than it is a camp for children. Therefore, much dumber to keep sending your rich little white kids into a dangerous flood plain for a few weeks at the end of rainy season.
But maybe your god enjoys the sacrifice.
How many receivers is Sark going to take? The 5 star kid Bishop is most likely to end up at receiver. We already have 2 others in the class in Brown and Stewart. We took 4 last year who will be true freshmen. We don't graduate any scholarship receivers after this coming season.
Finley just wasn't a necessity at all. So he got low balled.
You sure about that, counselor?

It is seemingly non denominational, but definitely was inundating children with fairy tales of the Christian variety. Apparently has become quite the money maker as well. That means they'll rebuild it, and I'm sure right along the river too. This isn't the first time these camps get flooded and kids get killed. But yet nothing ever changes and they still keep sending them out there year after year.
