  1. The current ignition interlock devices have to be serviced and calibrated pretty often, and those services are not free. I just can't wait for the insurance companies to pas all of the savings back to policyholders as a result of the reduced claim payouts.
  2. You can, if a certain span of time has passed and you write an essay or some shit.
  3. I had a judge launch into me about wearing a mask on the fucking elevator with her. She’s 100% certified looney toons, which is hilarious (but sad) since one of her main duties is presiding over the mental commitment docket.
  4. I mean, probably not. The stat was for new cases. “Same day” fatalities aren’t really a thing, obviously.
  5. ETA: They most certainly did temp scan me upon entering the building in Round Rock. My procedure was on 12/15, for reference.
  6. I had a procedure last week at S& W. I also did not have to test, after answering the pre-op screening questions several times during the week prior. They basically asked if I had any symptoms and whether I was vaxxed/boosted. I think “no, yes, yes” allows patients to forego the testing.
  7. This bitch Priscilla KNOWS that Christmas is all about her in this house.
  8. [deleted}
  9. I made your mom an infectious disease expert.
  10. Yeah. That replay of the carting off in SLOW MOTION was garbage broadcasting.
  11. That WR just frozen like that was crazy AF. I’m assuming it was from his head slamming on the ground.
  12. Lyric from Tupac.
  13. This is one of the dumbest takes ever.
  14. 1. No, although he could be. 2. No. If your client denies guilt then that’s the position taken. It’s a high bar to prove that the attorney KNEW that the defendant was lying, to such a degree that they should intervene and refuse to call them as a witness. You may not like that application here, but systemically, it really needs to be that way.
  15. His concern was lack of “visible smoke”, which isn’t really anything to try and “fix”. That said, those tubes are still a great idea for some people just looking to amp up the “clean” smoke that they produce. I haven’t found the need to use one since I have sufficient smoke flavor, whether I can see it or not.
  16. I LOL’ed until I remembered that you are a doctor and therefore, I’ve now been medically diagnosed has having full blown AIDS.
  17. Weird. My wife’s best friend has lupus and got her vax as soon as she possibly could, recommended by her doctor.
  18. 2nd CARES results just in. For reference, I had Moderna #2 on 2/26. First CARES result was drawn on 9/3. The “S Protein” value was 412. Received Moderna booster on 10/26. Second draw was December 9th: 113 I must have lupus or something?
  19. It was consensual, I believe, but the actress, Danica Dillon, said that she was honestly shook/scared by the shit he was into at some points. Edit: Consensual is probably a poor term to use given the fear later expressed.
  20. Agreed. I would expect no doctors to ever use simplistic, binary evaluations such as work/doesn’t work, because science.
  21. Was delta more transmissible and less deadly? No. You are totally correct as far as the long term trends of those traits as the virus evolves. It is not, however, a smooth curve.
  22. I’m still catching up…what was the terroristic threat?
  23. So I guess Jared Wiley is expected to xfer?
  24. What I found odd was the LONG discussion on Dicker’s missed XP.
