  1. If you like WM, I highly highly highly recommend I’m Sorry.
  2. I just drove my wife to work in Georgetown. We have had to be on the roads every morning since the beginning of this shit Monday. The roads just now were BY FAR the worst that they have been any of these 3 mornings.
  3. I’m a lawyer, and did not watch, because that “trial” is not at all even tangentially related to a legal proceeding”. It’s a special political “thing” but there sure as shit isn’t any “court stuff” happening. I would have watched if Katie Porter was up there with her whiteboard, but that’s about it.

  5. https://www.cvs.com/immunizations/covid-19-vaccine?icid=cvs-home-hero1-banner-1-coronavirus-vaccine Don’t tell anyone but I expect the Williams Drive location in Georgetown will be jabbing.
  6. Allegedly, CVS will have online appointments scheduling activated around midnight tonight for some of the area (Austin metro) locations. I fully expect this “launch” to have issues/delays because of the usual corporate bullshit. ETA: CVS locations do not appear anywhere on the DSHS allocations for this week, so I’m skeptical.
  7. So CBS local just appeared in my guide, so no idea what happened. ETA: They finalized a deal with Sinclair this morning, apparently. https://thestreamable.com/news/hulu-live-tv-reaches-deal-with-sinclair-to-bring-back-local-cbs-affiliates-ahead-of-super-bowl
  8. Is this the place where I ask about how to watch “The Big Game” w/o an HD antenna. Hulu Live dropped CBS local a while back and I’ve put off the antenna purchase. Is my best option just the usual hacked streams like sportsurge, etc?
  9. I sent you the link to the scheduling page. There’s no need to re-register. Just refresh that page and at the bottom, when available, appointments show up. Currently, the page says “Booking Disabled”.
  10. Just an FYI, but you can reserve spots for other people. When I booked mine, I looped back to add my mom and her husband for their appointments.
  11. When it does become available, it will have the name (usually Kelly Reeves complex) at the bottom, then click and SOME of the time, the scheduling will actually be available. This is only possible when they get their stuff. When I booked mine there, it became active on a Sunday evening, for a Monday appointment. ETA, a friend was able to schedule an appointment on a Monday around lunch time, for an evening shot that same day. To answer South Austin’s question, my schedule email for shot #2 came the days after the first shot.
  12. Nope. They ask in their pre-reg stuff once you have the appointment whether you have tested positive for COVID, and whether you are having fever/other symptoms and whether you are immunocompromised.
  13. NSIAP, but in Wilco, there is not even a pretext of 1a, 1b, etc. They do not even ask the question.
  14. Bell County and Williamson County continue to let people schedule appointments while NOT contacting their wait list participants first. These wait lists are going to be useless for a while. Just find the direct scheduling links and refresh all day. Just slammed a reservation through for myself at the Family Hospital whatever in CP. I’m 1b, so no guilt.
  15. NSIAP, but the Family Health (cedar park, etc) “wait list” is total bullshit. I know several people who have booked an appointment, but either never received an email or were never on the wait list at all. They just booked a link when available on that main page. Not too mad though. Getting needles in arms as fast as possibly I guess.

  17. As of 1 minute ago, there is no live link to schedule appointments with the Bell County hub, so I’m not sure how to get in on all of this availability. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. In the next few weeks, CVS in the 512 area will be getting an unknown quantity of doses. It appears that they have almost finished their LTC vaccinations.
  19. Probably because all of those residents already have their own syringes.
  20. Around the 5:15 mark, when they discuss Ted Cruz’ notes left at his desk...peak MAGAtard.
  21. Lol! This article has some really absurd shot related to the Bell County distribution. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.kcentv.com/amp/article/news/health/coronavirus/clarification-bell-county-to-only-vaccinate-1a1b-recipients-at-this-time/500-43bec60a-118b-439d-adbd-5aaf509391eb
  22. The answer is so obvious that no one has bothered to state it so I will: Those things are also terrible and should be met with Justice. Those acts are not “ok” and not a legitimate means of achieving any “goal”. Also obvious: Trying to stop a vital government proceeding by unauthorized use of force by a mob, at the center of our entire government is also terrible, etc. I hate to tell you this, but the vast majority of the “left” agrees with these opinions. Do you?
  23. Ok. But the part about a coordinated effort to let this happen? Wilkerson specifically pushes back against that assertion.
  24. From the “article” you cited: “What does that mean? Well, it probably means a period of slavery. I mean, abject slavery for the average worker replaced by a period of we don’t need you anymore, so let’s conjure up a coronavirus or something, to get rid of you and let’s replace you with technology.” Ok. Of course, it all seems to fit right in with the 9/11 truther stuff also referenced by that organization.
