  1. I don’t. That’s why I’m hiding inside your mom.
  2. Normally these cases involve pretty solid wiretaps, audio, etc. I’m interested to see who made the introduction between them and the UC cop. Seth was also president of a motorcycle club, which obviously makes one wonder.
  3. Seth is a friend of mine. Whole situation is fucked up. I can not wrap my head around this whole deal.
  4. Does it count if there's no murder, but just an attempt to hire a contract kiler (who ends up being an undercover cop)? If so, then as of today, I can answer "Yes" to the questioned posed in the OP. https://www.wacotrib.com/news/crime/waco-attorneys-charged-in-conspiracy-to-murder-plot/article_e4abd683-125e-54b5-997c-7948196b3f6f.html
  5. It’s not hard to imagine, since Rogan has zero real need for this deal. He made $30M in 2018 with his previous deal. I assume that this $100M is for 2 years? My main point is that $30M-50M/year is “fuck you” money. Its exclusive rights to 190M downloads/month. Spotify will take with little need for interference.
  6. Wtf? You posted a 1.5+ hour video featuring Alex Jones’ attorney? Ok. Maybe give a summary/Cliff’s notes version?
  7. https://www.austinchronicle.com/news/2019-10-18/ken-paxton-blocks-payment-to-formerly-incarcerated-man-innocent/ "When Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar prepared to release a compensatory payment to Brown – as he is required to do under the 2009 Tim Cole Act – Paxton intervened to block the payment, although the A.G. has no authority in the matter. Nevertheless, an official in the comptroller's office responded to Paxton's intervention and withheld the payment."
  8. I’ve heard similar reports, which leads me to question the validity of these mass drive through testing facilities. I have seen that most/all of them have patients swabbing themselves in their cars. I just have a difficult time believing that they are doing it while properly taking all of that length.
  9. Yeah. As much as I thought I couldn’t hate anyone more than Dr. West, the series just kept parading worthless pieces of shit out over and over agin for me to despise just as much. ETA: No CR, but fuck Texas AG Paxton for opposing compensation for Alfred Brown, with his whole bullshit about the withheld records possibly proving Brown’s guilt.
  10. NSIAP, but Innocence Files is great so far. This forensic dentist (Dr West) deserves the worst kind of existence.
  11. That rule is violated 95+% of the time and virtually never enforced. It’s ridiculous.
  12. I have circumstantial evidence that the electoral college has nothing to do with party nominations.
  13. They have to catch them doing it. I guess a simple solution would be to post up a few foot patrol officers in the area which would probably drive the pushers away. This idea will NEVER happen because cops do not get paid to stand around deterring crime. They get paid for arrests and citations. It's a total bullshit model of law enforcement that is followed by virtually every LEA in the country.
  14. My vet and two others I asked said that your vet is wrong, but I can’t really explain their explanation. Basically they said that the research indicating a preference to wait is incomplete, not accepted, etc., and that while you wait, risk is actually going up. That said, enjoy your pup and she is going to fine either way. We are talking about some small probability differences. ETA: My vet who had the opposite opinion did not at all try to convey any real concern about the choice. Basically, it was an “it’s up to you...” type of conversation.
  15. Loved this season, but they can fuck off for casting and giving dialogue to Quavo.
  16. Since the actual shooting was last year, maybe the thread is buried, but the officer was charged with Manslaughter just last week. https://www.kwtx.com/content/news/Police-officer-charged-in-shooting-that-left-local-man-dead-567737121.html The Darth Vader t-shirt is an interesting choice for booking. 17. How would you implement your “plan”? Specifically, are you just saying that we should amend all state and federal laws to state that in cases of convictions with death penalty sentences that there should be zero appeals allowed? That’s the only way o can think of to execute someone within a year.
  18. Because the ignorant ass Controlled Substances Act classifies the really high concentrations at Penalty Group 2.

  20. They are not public record for any ongoing cases. You can go request one from the PD, and you will get a one sentence summary. Hell, until the Morton Act, defense attorneys didn’t have a true legal right to read/copy offense reports.
  21. Regarding turkey carving, Alton Brown recommends using an electric knife and it’s a perfect tool for the job.
  22. So, this is weird. I just opened this thread and skimmed/read at least 100 posts. Do people really think that a new OC will result in any meaningful difference? Do some of you think that Herman will bring in some great OC and say, “Install whatever system you think is best and run it.”? Fuck no. The OC, under Herman will always be Herman. Playcalling is not the major flaw in our offense. It’s the entire concept and philosophy, coupled with Herman’s inflexibility regarding tailoring his concepts to actual personnel issues (like running plays that can not work without a solid blocking TE when we do not have one). Maybe this is a thread derail. I’ll sit back and enjoy Flight Aware posts.
