  1. Yeah. I’m beyond tired of Pelosi’s “leadership”.
  2. This thread reminds me... I’ve always wondered why there isn’t a thread dedicated to standup comedy, podcasts, the industry, etc.
  3. Ryan Bailey.
  4. The use of mRNA is not in chartered territory though. It’s been in the works for years and has already had published data related to its use for about 3 or 4 vaccines already.
  5. Agreed, except when the written script has errors in dosing or there is a serious cross-reaction concern. Just saying “this isn’t from the right kind of specialist” is ridiculous, even if, as in the example we are discussing, the script is being written for the doctor himself as the patient.
  6. Ok, but hospitals have frequently required flu shots for staff. This is no different. And spare time the “free will” bullshit. They have free will to work somewhere else. Also, hospitals have another interest at stake. If their staff doesn’t get vaccinated and then contracts it or spreads it to other co-workers, now they have a staffing issue. Also, your dad has been an MD for 60 years? Impressive. I hope to hell I’m capable of working at that age.
  7. Same, and it’s kinda sad because Billy now has an extensive rap sheet rivaling RT’s.
  8. This. An H‑E‑B pharmacist called my wife’s CVS the other day because she had an appointment a few days away to get the first dose at H‑E‑B. They had a cancellation so they offered that dose to her, rather than letting it expire that day. Mrs. Scottsins was stuck closing her store, so the H‑E‑B pharm brought it to her and administered the dose, which I find pretty awesome and encouraging.
  9. Retail locations do not know when they will be vaccinating individuals in stores. I know this because my wife runs a pharmacy. ETA: Vaccine doses are not even being stored, etc at most retail locations. They are being distributed from a centralized location, I believe. CVS handling nursing homes is what allows H‑E‑B to immunize 1a in stores currently.
  10. CVS and Walgreens are dosing nursing home residents like crazy right now. That’s why they state that the don’t have them when people call. They’re getting a lot and dosing on schedule, just not done with their obligations yet.
  11. Bell County. Possible felony. Facts alleged relate to a domestic assault situation, with unlawful restraint and terrorist of threat. That’s all I got for now.
  12. No criminal or “dog court” problems are likely at all. I know it’s been said before, but I felt that it was my duty to reply to this thread as official surly dog lawyer (because I handled one whole case).
  13. Yeah. I'm not a doctor, but I think I feel comfortable stating that I expect better sources than "the newspaper" from an MD.
  14. Ask the doctor for his source, since he is so on top of shit.
  15. Short answers: No. No.
  16. He’s going to be hanging and doing some shows for about 4 to 6 weeks straight in Austin. Supposedly early December’ish.
  17. Everything done by black people in the streets following a police killing isn’t a “BLM rally”. But to your point, the people burning shit are pieces of shit and should be held accountable.
  18. On a CPS case, we had sworn testimony and text messages that admitted that the drug testing facility was tipping him off as to when his “random” day would be e following week. “Hey, I’ve got my ‘random’ test Tuesday so O can drink (he was ordered not to) and party Friday night but not after that.” Fun fact: CPS cases in Bell County still use the same company and facility, and last I heard, the employee tipping the parent off wasn’t disciplined or fired. Fuck this lady. I handled hundreds of these cases and the scary part is that the entire suggestion of these issues is generally dismissed because “it’s for the children”.
  19. They make us gay, like the Alex Jones frogs.
  20. People who still argue that the McDonald’s lawsuit was frivolous bullshit, despite reality.
  21. ...Way too many posts without discussion of the full frontal scene in Ep. 1.
  22. The line is now down to 8.5, which is still funny AF to me.
  23. It was pretty fucking obvious. I always enjoy watching sloots do sloot stuff, but she was kinda sad to see.
  24. He has discussed the NFL for a total of maybe 2 minutes so far, after 4 one hour episodes of his podcast.
