  1. Wasn’t it like a 47-48 yard attempt?
  2. I’ve had a rough year, dad. - Chas Tenenbaum
  3. Planning a trip for next summer - back half of June. Is their a discernible difference (in terms of crowds and whatnot) if the trip extends into the first week of July? Depending on school schedules, we can do something like Jun 12-25 or Jun 18-Jul 5. This thread is awesome - thanks all.
  4. Pretty sure first two were Fast Times and Road Warrior
  5. USC lost a bunch of starters off of the 2004 defense - including DL Patterson and Cody, LB Grootegoed and Tatupu (all massive contributors) plus a couple of DBs. The 2005 defense was probably the worst defense Carroll had there - they looked mediocre all year
  6. Unreal at the buzzer!
  7. Perhaps deserves own thread but Pas Casey retired today. OSU names interim coach and will perform “real” search at end of next season.
  8. Eventide in Portland has been mentioned a few times in this thread. And for good reason, it was fantastic. We were a group of 6 and most everyone was in agreement that they liked it more than Neptune in Boston. Holy Donuts in Portland was really good. We only stopped in Portsmouth to eat dinner but what little we saw (at night) I would have wanted to go check it out again We ate at a place called Cure and 2 folks in our group thought that was the best meal they had on our trip. In Boston, Freedom Trail is a must and I would follow it all the way over the bridge to Bunker Hill monument and USS Constitution. Our other meals in Boston, unfortunately, were not well-planned so I can’t be much help with restaurants other than I did really like Neptune Thats about all I’ve got. we were there during the marathon this year and weather was brutal. Still got to Fenway which was awesome (it snowed, which was way preferable to the rain).
  9. Indeed. Lipton (played by Donnie Wahlberg). Great episode and a dude who earned (and kept earning IIRC) field promotions. Winter even had the German officer surrender his weapon to Lipton later on.
