  1. Word is grade three MCL tear and might miss some games early in the season
  2. Word is Enai White is out for the year
  3. This house in particular seemed fine this time around. There were three competitive offers on the first day, and there’s currently two backup offers in case it falls through
  4. How do you know if you’re getting magneto or dynamo
  5. I'm shocked to learn that the guy who played at like four high schools and almost flipped on NSD due to money is transferring due to money Some details might be slightly off, but still
  6. I’ve come across some speculation that it could cause cognitive issues in children, but that seems to be mostly anecdotal and unsubstantiated, but I wouldn’t mind finding studies that disprove it
  7. It seems clear that it’s unlikely to cause cancer Do you guys who seem to know something about this have any concerns about other possible non-cancerous negative health effects from 20-30 mG in the backyard for little kids?
  8. We're close to buying a house with large transmission power lines located high up behind it with a tower about 22 meters away from the closest point in the backyard, and I'm trying to decipher whether or not there are any negative health effects from their EMF radiation. I went out and measured yesterday evening. At about 6:45 pm, it was around 2.3-2.75 uT (or 23-28 mG) under the line outside of the fence, ranging from 1.45-2.6 at different times in the middle of the yard, and then around 0.5 near the back door Stuff on the internet is all over the place; there are articles citing old studies claiming that they can cause leukemia in children, but many on various boards dismiss these old studies as flawed and suspect and claim that there's no data or science that show negative health effects. There's surprising little consensus on this. We have two young children, so I'm being more cautious on this than I probably would be otherwise I'm aware that at the very least it's an eyesore that lowers the resale value, but I think that's already priced in Here's an example of someone dismissing the concerns from reddit
  9. Aki is under investigation for raping several coeds on campus, and Moko is supposedly looking at the portal because he hates Addazio Neither will be a big loss according to aggies
  10. You can go ahead and delete Aki and Moko from this table
  11. Not sure how important it is to be labeled as a starter in the secondary considering how often the backups play with the first team
  12. If you're trying to reverse engineer Uconn's championship team, along with the two athletic big guys, it's interesting that they filled the roster with perimeter length that's mostly big for their positions (until you get to Calcaterra, who still isn't small) that's switchable on defense Here's the listed height for their rotational perimeter players (sorted by minutes played per game) Hawkins- 6'5 Jackson Jr- 6'6 Karaban- 6'8 Newton- 6'5 Alleyne- 6'4 Calcaterra- 6'3
  13. Scoot didn't play for OVE, he played for Ignite. The Thompson twins played for OVE. Scoot did fine for his age, and Ignite plays strong competition for a bunch of young guys. He's going to be the second or third overall pick, and Miller's stock moved up through the season and the discussion is more about the value of a big wing vs a small guard than Scoot's issues. Scoot is still a very strong pick at #2 or #3.
  14. Yes, his "brand" is doing fine. He went to Ignite and was a the third overall pick. He'll eventually get the full rookie exemption and be very rich. Scoot is going to be the second overall pick and if Wemba wasn't in this draft he'd go #1 overall, and his "brand" will be fine. There are plenty of highly rated recruits who went to Duke or Kansas who have a "brand" in the NBA, and there are plenty who don't because they weren't good Unless you just want to be a college student, this "brand" notion should be much less important than developing as a player in preparation for the NBA, and for players who are talented enough and who have the emotional maturity, it probably makes more sense to go to the G-League where you can spend all of your time working on your game with better developmental coaching in NBA schemes against grown ass men If Mitchell has the option to start at Ignite (it's unclear if they want him), that’s probably his best move. If he shows he can guard up and down the lineup in NBA coverages vs that competition, he’s potentially a lotto pick next year as a role player, vs if he looks marginally better in college over last season he’s probably a mid second rounder Hope he returns obviously
  15. Jalen Green and Scoot Henderson's brands appear to be doing fine
  16. I had to check the date to make sure it's not April 1st yet with this post
  17. Last night's War Room Article from Orangebloods had a loaded amount of sourced team info
  18. Well, we'd have to lose several TEs to get to that point. I'd say that worrying about playable third string depth is more want than need
  19. As someone pointed out above, recruiting a TE3 worth a shit out of the portal is easier said than done, unless we're blowing NIL money on that If Sanders or Helm goes down, we'll probably just see other personnel groupings more often
  20. I don't think we need a TE, but I doubt Bobby would say that unless it was something he's hearing
  21. He had a sad family thing happen, and I guess football wasn't as important to him after that
