  1. Did Nahlin also mention he’s a fucking moron who has no clue who we’re going to hire but he threw something out there so he doesn’t get his pants pulled down again by Gerry? You might want to take a quick look at Choate’s resume.
  2. Bjork was hired in 2019. aggy hasn’t won its conference since 98 or a national title since the 30s. Bjork is not the problem. He’s a twig on the top of the bonfire that is A&M’s systemic issues.
  3. do you even know where you are? Surly masochism cannot be contained.
  4. For all intensive purposes, Looch’s comments should give aggy piece of mind. It would be unfair to make the Elk the escape goat for the deep-seeded problems Jimbo left. Recruiting is a doggy dog world and the Elk will soon prove whether he’s run these roads enough to pass mustard.
  5. Who knew that the guys who wear all white and do little dances and jazz hands during football games were closeted homosexuals?
  6. Joke’s on you, SC. The fighting Texum Aggies are returning to their roots! Moar with less! This team is going to be chock full of 2 stars and 3 stars who just really want to be aggies, so Moff and Melk aren’t going to have to deal with those pesky NFL scouts sniffing around the program anymore!
  7. Yeah, all 3 of those guys are similar, and I would defer to the coach’s assessment of work ethic/culture in picking between them. It would be ideal to get a bigger outside WR to pair with one of them, and I don’t think we’re done seeing big time WRs enter the portal yet. Sucks Burks went to OU though. I definitely would’ve preferred to see him go somewhere else.
  8. It’s awesome that On3 can provide breaking news like this on Texas recruits. It’s a real shame they don’t have a Texas-specific site with the ability to deliver this kind of information.
  9. I definitely think this board undervalues him. He was playing for a god awful Purdue team with Hudson Card trying to throw him the ball. He put up 47-629-7 in that offense. You give him a Sark offense with Ewers throwing him the ball and that’s a 1,000 yard, 10 TD season. It‘s entirely possible Johntay takes a big step and becomes a star next year, but from what we’ve seen right now Burks would be the best WR on the team if he came here.
  10. Well sure, but that’s because you’re a moron.
  11. Texas A&M: Eating shit sandwiches and liking it since 1876.
  12. Think about the fan base you’re talking about. This logic could be applied to basically every turdition they have.
  13. Maybe he can cut a deal with Elko. If they combine their rosters, they might be able to field a 2 deep of scholarship players for the Texas Bowl. Maybe.
  14. We might get one guy better than him, but very unlikely we could get 2-3 guys better than him. He’s an absolute take this cycle with us needing multiple guys at WR.
  15. He’s making fun of the narrative Looch is trying create.
  16. “Stay in your home state AND you don’t have to be an aggy” sounds like a pretty good pitch to me.
  17. The Collin Klein hire is incredible. He took over an offense that finished 17th in offense the year before, and he inherited a super experienced OL that largely returned all its starters both years. With all that, he got them to finish 19th and 12th, so basically he did the exact same thing they were already doing before him, except he ran the QB more leading to injuries. He’s basically proven nothing at K State. Now he gets a dogshit OL and a QB made of glass. I’m sure that will work out really well for him.
  18. You make Helobius look like a Rhodes Scholar.
  19. Listen up, you gaping coelentrates. We’re 12-1 conference champs heading into the CFP. Those bad men can’t hurt you anymore. A bunch of us said Jimbo was late era Mack Brown when aggy hired him, now we get to watch them do their version of Charlie Strong and Tom Herman, and I am going to enjoy every second of it replete with painfully hilarious comparisons of their tenures.
  20. Texas could’ve given Charlie Strong or Tom Herman $20 million assistant pools and they still would’ve hired god awful coaching staffs. It’s not about the budget. Those guys just have no fucking clue how to run an organization. Elko is cementing himself firmly in their tier with these coaching hires and when you combine that with his talk about not being able to handle calling the defense and being a HC, it looks like Texas fans could be in store for a very fun next few years watching this unfold.
  21. His PFF grades were terrible last year, but this year he was more in line with his freshman year. Hasn’t he been battling through a lot of injuries the last two years?
  22. He’ll probably 2-6 by then, so I’d say that’s about right.
