  1. Well, I do have trouble imaging Hamm making more than $20k per year so there’s a chance he’s right, but I doubt it. Also, Hamm is the perfect candidate to pull a Greenspoint and post a picture of his pool commission checks on Twitter.
  2. You sick bastard. Don’t be mad at Ian Boyd. Be mad at yourself for reading Ian Boyd.
  3. No. His comment about Elmo’s transition class only applies if they sign Bussey, McKinley, Evans, and Jernigan. Narrator: They won’t. The class will fall off a cliff in his metrics once that happens.
  4. I don’t know what’s funnier, taking a month to hire a total JAG like Jay Bateman as the DC or Elko making his entire staff be carryovers from Duke plus raiding one of the worst coaching staffs in all of college football. Oh, and hiring an equipment manager from Nebraska to be your TE coach because he’s buddies with the OC you supposedly hired but still appears to be working for KSU. This is honestly better than fiction.
  5. Dealyn Evans and Tyanthony Smith would be a glorious way to end this NSD.
  6. Interesting. I didn’t know @South Austin‘s dad was an Auburn fan.
  7. Something tells me a 6’4, 4.4 40 guy will not end up being Drake Stoops.
  8. With Bobby Burton and that Ray guy both showing up on Surly this week, it reminds me that everyone involved with Texas football reads Surly. I’d bet Dustin Miksch and Clint Haney are reading Surly right now.
  9. Stoops has done a great job in the portal for 3 years now and has drastically raised Kentucky’s HS recruiting while also showing results on the field. Yet, somehow aggy decided there was no way in hell he deserved to be their coach and ousted him for a guy who’s currently raiding the FCS teams just to be able to fill out a 2 deep. Never change, aggy.
  10. Remember guys, this has nothing to do with him being from MO, growing up 90 minutes from Mizzou’s campus, or the fact that Missouri just had a great season and looks to be a much better program than it was a year ago, this is only about money and it’s ruining the virtuous sport of football for fans of honorable programs, like Oklahoma, right @Constant?
  11. Well, you’d have to tell him that next year because he’s going into his third year and will probably still be a 3 and done. But other than that, great post!
  12. Gotta be the first. No competing program is recruiting Moore as their starter next year.
  13. For a school that claimed it wasn’t paying its players, A&M sure does look the part.
  14. To be fair to Ag Jack, if you rank this theory relative to everything posted on TexAgs, it’s probably not even in the top half of batshit insane ideas.
  15. I meant hopefully for him, personally. I don’t expect it to happen, and I view him mainly as a class ranking fluffer. I don’t see Foster being anywhere near Bledsoe’s athleticism. He doesn’t have the explosiveness that Bledsoe does. Poor man’s T’Vondre Sweat is much closer to his playing style.
  16. Overall good analysis and comparisons, but Collins has been here 4 years and I’m still waiting to see the explosiveness people talk about. I have the same issue with McKinley. Both those guys need to be Calais Campbell types. They’re not quick/explosive enough to consistently win that way at the college level, so they need to be technicians who utilize their huge frames and athleticism by stack/shed and rip and swim moves. Collins has never exhibited the work ethic to do this. Hopefully McKinley can be different.
  17. That would be huge. He could be our best pass catcher next year.
