  1. Well Son of a Bitch. Four score deficit.
  2. Defense isn't perfect, but they came to play. OL needs to pick it up.
  3. Bolden is a high risk/reward player. Especially on punt returns.
  4. Fuck that. There's time on the clock to try and reduce the lead. Make use of it and maybe take something positive into half-time.
  5. Quinn probably wouldn't have seen him either on that play. He's Dazed and Confused. Good Quinn would have though.
  6. Defense really needs to get a stop. Still plenty of time for them to stretch the lead here.
  7. One thing about Arch is, he is best over the middle at mid to long distance. Could play in our favor once/if Arch settles in.
  8. They're definitely getting away with some holding too.
  9. No intentional grounding?
  10. Players have to execute. Far more often, that is the problem. But credit Georgia here too. They have scouted well and playing with their hair on fire. Kirby has them dialed in. Unfortunately, Ewers hasn't really got it back together yet. It could happen anytime though, and if he does, things could change quickly.
  11. It's always interesting to see how any talk in the Game Week threads of concerns about Ewers, or Georgia's talent, etc. is always met with derision and attacked.
  12. For me, the decision to do that has a lot to do with how far down do you think you can come back from. Against OU, we were never in trouble. This could get ugly quickly. Trouble is, how well can Arch handle reading the defense? Especially one as good as Georgia's. There comes a point though, where you have nothing to lose.
  13. This. They have scouted well. But Ewers needs to wake up from the funk.
  14. He is too psychologically fragile. But when he's on, he's virtually unstoppable. He just has to get it together. And Kirby has done his homework too.
  15. They could be playing better. Both are true.
  16. Hopefully he wakes up soon. The OL isn't helping things. They aren't playing with the same intensity as Georgia.
  17. Holy Shit! Way too early in the game to be so defeatist. WTF over?
  18. Goodson's Cafe large CFS. Chicken Fried Chicken on opposite plate.
  19. The ass whipping we gave them lingers still.
  20. There was also no small amount of uncalled holding by Wash and a blatant PI on the last pass in the endzone. Pretty hard for Adonai to catch that one with a db draped all over him and pulling down on his shoulder.
  21. Finebaum picked Texas.
  22. I wouldn't have phrased it as getting hit; rather, he called the run to get Quinn's juices flowing and regain some confidence. But I think your main point is correct because he was definitely playing scared. I don't buy that the early disguised schemes by Venables explains that away. Sure, it could cause him some confusion, but he wasn't trusting his protection and fled the pocket prematurely several times. Good disguises shouldn't affect his footwork and pocket presence, but could certainly cause some delays in making his reads.
  23. Nah. It was after his handler was told the hotel pet deposit during F1:
  24. Doesn't matter the reason why. It's still stupid and unbecoming.
