  1. I believe they have 73 on scholarship (includes NSD2 commits and portal commits, excludes expected early entry NFL).
  2. I posted this in the Football/Tell me about A&M thread, but I've updated the Texas Football Depth Chart file (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit#gid=1253781136) to include tabs for tracking attrition by class (look for Texas by Class and Aggie by Class). I also added an aggie depth chart. Here's their defense (not sure if Russell is returning at LB): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit#gid=529379820
  3. If you're interested in seeing the Texas or Texas A&M attrition by class, I've added tabs to the Texas Depth Chart Google Sheet. They are sorted by year, then 247 composite score. All the links are to the same fie, I just added the direct link to the specific tab since there are a lot. Texas by Class: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit#gid=300393870 Aggie by Class: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit#gid=1912575733 Here's what it looks like with the Status filtered to just show the transfers, medical retirements, and expulsions (2017-2022 classes): Aggie Depth Chart (aka Aggie Grid): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit#gid=529379820. The grid view shows all scholarship athletes and the year they signed. I excluded those that were recognized on Senior Day, but Ainias Smith might return.
  4. Kevin Berger
  5. If this is the thread for predicting depth chart, here's the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit#gid=1253781136 Usual caveats apply (class/eligibility assumes everyone eligible for a Covid year takes one, positions/depth based on Surly crowdsourcing)
  6. There were a few minor differences (position groupings, who is on the fence on NFL), but in each case my version was best.
  7. Lucas was the last of the suspended players to enter the portal. I track the Aggie 2022 class in the Texas Football spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit#gid=1253781136 (look for the Aggie 2022 tab) If clicking the link is too much trouble, here it is:
  8. I keep it updated based on what I see on here, so keep letting me know about needed updates.
  9. Their defense will look much better in practice when Achane goes to the NFL. Maybe even championship level.
  10. Those Buff fans are Denver, Smoke, and Chris.
  11. Just for fun, I added an Aggie 2022 tab to the Texas Football Roster (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TzoBTIvCXfZIk7Sz3C9txMg0yPvrXyVM/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=115568097012710816219&rtpof=true&sd=true) so we can track how many of the "greatest class ever" end up transferring. The Prediction column is just a guess based on what I see on Surly. I originally assumed all OOS and other mercenaries would transfer, but I toned it down to just those that were rumored to leave. When a portal is announced. I highlight it in pink, same as I do in the 2023 tab for Texas. Here's a screenshot:
  12. For the 2023 tab, I removed everyone that was honored on Senior Day, with one notable exception (JWhit). Those that have indicated they're going to transfer are highlighted in pink. Those that are expected to leave, but have not announced yet are blue (Bijan, X, Pearson). The class column is based on remaining eligibility, assuming everyone that is eligible for a COVID year gets one, which is not a guarantee. First team/Second team and positions are based on what I see on Surly. I'm no expert. I don't know the difference between EDGE/Buck/X/SAM, so I dumped all those names in the same position group label because it seemed like they were the same group of people. If corrections are needed, let me know. If clicking the link above is too much trouble, here are screenshots.
  13. He left off 49 - 0
  14. I'm thankful for Bijan
  15. When Bobby bought the Judge Bean's BBQ restaurant in Brentwood, TN, the original owner (Aubrey Bean) was hesitant to sell to a Texan. Bobby assured him that he would decorate it to honor the REAL UT. Deal was closed in 2011 and Bobby was true to his word. The first Board Meeting of 2011 — Bobby Burton (Managing Partner/Owner) and Mary Haley (Restaurant Manager):
