As a Beto supporter, the crying from Pete stans about unfair media treatment and clickbait headlines and disingenuous stories makes me fucking cackle.

Pete has been deified by the media for the most part. Joe and Mika practically fellate him every single morning.

Now he’s getting a little roughed up and now y’all wanna talk about media surrogate bullshittery.

    Welcome to the party, pal.

Yes, TV media has been friendly to Pete because he literally says yes to almost every interview request. Beto could have had just as much TV time if he wanted it.

Print/internet/social media has been a different story. Lots of Pete haters. That's okay though. At least he knows how to battle through it instead of making excuses.

The status quo plus a public option is not a step towards single payer healthcare, and will only serve to further entrench our system of private health insurance.  Moreover, the failure of a public option plan plan to provide full coverage and to lower costs will only provide additional ammunition to the health insurance industry and those in its pay when it argues that what America actually needs is a more unrestricted market and more options, not big gubnit running your healthcare.  You have to be a total fucking rube not to see this.

    So have you disqualified Tulsi?

Bernie Sanders is the only candidate that will fight for Medicare For All. Period.

Booker, Harris, Warren, and Tulsi all co-sponsored his M4A bill two years ago. 3 of them have pivoted and we're waiting on Warren's plan.

I've been waffling between Warren and Pete for a while now but if Zuckerberg has anything to do w/ the Buttigieg campaign, I'm all in on Warren.

Aaaand this is how silly hit pieces work, unfortunately.

In 2004 he allegedly support single payer, which he clearly does not at this point and instead favors the same bullshit Joe favors - the status quo with a weak public option.

Wanting single payer to be the end goal and proposing a plan to get there are two completely different things. It's interesting that people think Pete is the only that has discussed Medicare For All ambiguously over the years.

Also your favorite candidate, Tulsi Gabbard, who co-sponsored Bernie's M4A bill in the House in 2017, came out with her own healthcare plan. Medicare Choice.

So you think it's not corruption or careerism that drives Mayor Pete away from policies that would provide healthcare to all Americans?  Does he just hate poor people that much?

Are you implying that Pete has changed his stance on healthcare?

  6. For anyone that thinks Pete is part of the "establishment', remember these silly hit pieces. Warren surrogates in the media ARE the establishment, and they are peddling bullshit at an alarming pace.

That said, keep on bringing it. I actually want candidates to be tested, vetted, and see if they can withstand the onslaught. Even if it's disingenuous bullshit.

  7. - overlapped at Harvard

    - had mutual friends

    - was obviously one of the first users of FB, since you know, PETE WENT TO HARVARD.

Conclusion: Not really friends at Harvard.

That photo is when Zuckerberg traveled to South Bend on his 50 states stunt.

Imagine supporting this guy and not having at least a seven figure net worth lmao.

LMAO. Here are the numbers for donations from the healthcare sector.

    Trump: 1.4 million

    Buttigieg: $548k

    Harris: $517k

    Biden: $462k

    Bernie: $360k

    Warren: $344k

Oh my GOSH, Pete has taken in 188k more than Bernie and 204k more than Warren!  GOT'EM.

You'd think someone like Fozzz who proudly supports Tulsi Gabbard wouldn't fall so easily for this conspiratorial bullshit.

Pete’s chummy relationship with Zuckerberg is gross.  It always has been.

They weren't friends at Harvard. When Zuckerberg decided to travel all 50 states 2-3 years ago, a mutual friend put them in touch and Mark visited South Bend.

There's no real relationship there. But you knew that already.

Warren goes hard at Zuckerberg then Pete goes after Warren.  Bros before hoes.

At least you're catching on that Warren surrogates probably pushed this hit piece. Good old fashioned dirty politics.

What more evidence do you need that Pete is the Mark Zuckerberg choice among the democrats?

Guess you didn't read any of it?

But definitely all the evidence detractors need to troll every Pete Twitter thread with Zuckerberg stuff.

  12. Tulsi is a really shitty candidate running a really shitty campaign. Her overall motives are murky and questionable.

That said, any person, pundit, media personality that is taking Hillary’s side on this conspiratorial bullshit regarding Tulsi should be ashamed of themselves. And in totality it makes me question anything they say/think about politics or a particular candidate in general.

Though the #Resistance might have been started in good faith based on some defensive belief of American exceptionalism, it has transformed into the liberal version of Trumpism.

    Stop falling for this bullshit.
