  1. Yes, really. Going in between 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning and leaving at 5. Some days, it took more than 10 minutes just to exit the fucking garage.
  2. Tell me you do not know anything about fashion without actually saying it. Well of course he did. He cannot take being told that he is wrong, especially by a woman. Just stop. Just stop. The classified document situation alone is enough for him to be strung up as a traitor.
  3. I lived on the edge of the Heights and Shady Acres (15 1/2 and Dian), and it would take be 30-45 minutes to get to my office in Allen Center. In the loop traffic sucks balls.
  4. The reality if that if Trump wins, the ability for people of color, women, and LGBTQ+ people to be able to exercise their rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness will be almost certain taken away. But hey, you are both white males, so who the fuck cares.
  5. As someone whose individual liberties and right to bodily autonomy across the US have been smashed to pieces by the piece of shit that is Trump, from me to you, shut the fuck up.
  6. That is true. My first time round, I did not make enough, and so I was not as complimentary, and Houston was good to me for the next 12 years. Night and day coming back here making enough money to have a very good life. To the point of I would never consider moving back to Houston/Dallas. Austin is probably the only place I would consider, and that is behind a whole host of international cities.
  7. Having lived in both Houston and NYC, I can tell you that Houston doesn’t hold a candle to NYC. Houston has its good points, but the availability of amazing things to do in NYC is absolutely unparalleled. The weather, overall, is better up here as we actually have four seasons, with both Spring and Fall being my favorites. The walkability is also absolutely fantastic.
  8. Dinner was at Arbequina, a highly recommend tapas place in Oxford. We then walked a bit.
  9. Saturday, we ended up picking up cakes (Cedric Grolet) and champers (Ruinart from Harrods), and took the train to Oxford.
  10. Me as well. I am seriously having a talk at work. With most of my team in London, relocation makes a lot of sense. I want to see if they’d let me do an expat package.
  11. Oh look, two white men on the top of the GQP ticket.
  12. This. He can't help himself.
  13. But was he an innocent person? He was a virulent Trump supporter. That pretty much means that at best, you are selfish and stupid, and at worst, you are a raging piece of shit human being. Like attracts like. To be clear, they are both absolutely fucking stupid and really horrible people. Frank Drebin is the poster formerly known as Johnny Sack, a known racist and misogynist. Again, like calls to like, and it is no shock that these folks support Trump.
  14. Please stop. Your stream of conscious thoughts are an absolute beating.
  15. It’s a fucking cult.
  16. I struggle with shows that go week to week, so I finally came back and finished season 1. Honestly, the casting was fantastic. I even like that they moved it forward to the 20's, 30's 40's vs. the late 1800's from the books. Sam Reid as Lestat. Yeah, that was inspired casting right there. I saw that season 2 is complete as well, so that will be a good thing to watch over the next week.
  17. After dinner, we headed to Bar Termini. We had excellent cocktails. This might be one of my favorite bars in London.
  18. Thursday, July 4th, I took my team to a dim sum lunch. After the long lunch, we headed to the Black Dog for more drinks, then it was to Brixton for Kurisu Omakase, what had been touted as one of London's best sushi restaurants. They have 8 seats, and it was absolutely outstanding. One of the best sushi experiences I've had in a long time.
  19. But it wouldn’t have been. It wouldn’t have even cracked the top 10. You don’t know history very well, do you.
