  1. For fake shit - that looks fucking legit. Well done man.
  2. Man, they sold those suckers fast!!
  3. Death bottle is purely a collectible for Bookers aficionados at the value it sells. But you’ll move it for that reason. The WT Tribute, which I assume is the domestic version, should go for 1400+
  4. The expansion of Brays has really helped. Not much you can do with sustained 2” per hour rainfall, but fortunately weve avoided that. Just did a drive around and all the bridges over the bayou are still functional. Definitely close to its banks, but the bayou is doing its job.
  5. It’s so barrel dependent that there isn’t really a formula. But have had most success in the 10-12 year and 110-120 proof ranges.
  6. Exactly this. It isn’t finished in used casks - it’s aged entirely in used casks. Which means it can’t be called bourbon.
  7. Any time. Glad you enjoyed them (at least it appears you did). MGP has a lot to offer to bourbon. Thankfully they weren’t low aged supply when everyone else was or secondary would be even more fubar. Interestingly I’d put that SAOS squarely in the bottom of the top third of the bottles I’ve consumed from them. It gets even better from there. Just feel MGP has its place and a well-done MGP can hang with Kentucky juice.
  8. Will be interesting to see if they can help restore Baltimore rye to its former prominence when their own distillate matures.
  9. MGP rye is even better than MGP bourbon
  10. I’d bet that’s tasty. Not sure I’d pay $130 for it though. I felt the $90-100 retail for the non store pick was a bit much honestly.
  11. Y’all are funny as hell. Well played.
  12. Bill, I have come MGP that will change that view. Shoot me a PM and I’ll get you a couple samples before you summarily dismiss what MGP can be under it’s full potential.
  13. So we can add SFTB to our domestic Blantons offerings now. $150 msrp coming this fall.
  14. It’s officially turned. We can stop with that nonsense now.
  15. It’s started the turn. Last 15 mins clearly showing a shift in its trajectory.
  16. Laura tracking the southern most portion of the cone (slightly below OFCL). Interesting. Could impact where it makes landfall. Hasn’t started to turn yet. Exactly when it does could determine if Beaumont is in play within the cone.
  17. Just visual plus official track. Probably nothing. Could be reading it wrong. Probably am.
  18. Slight wobble west. Probably nothing. But it happened.
