  1. I'd be okay if all betting commercials were outlawed, like cigarettes commercials. Except camel cig commercials, they should bring those back.
  2. How about those psyche bases-loaded scenarios from Texas Tech. Impressive mini-collapses.
  3. ugh she couldn't waddle fast enough
  4. I'm guessing but we've probably already got more hits in the first inning than we had in a few innings last night. Didn't get anywhere with them though.
  5. We're owed an obstruction!
  6. Am I on the wrong channel? Game was supposed to start at 7PM CST. 7:50PM per another psot above
  7. Dude reminds me of black & white TV shows from back in the day. I just get those vibes.
  8. When they mentioned that, I immediately wondered if ACL therapy might have been how she and CJ Baxter became an item.
  9. That's a couple of almost handsome men there
  10. I don't know anything about her but every news blip I see with NiJaree(sp?) Candlestick(sp?) makes me like her. Or at least, I've not found a reason to dislike her. Other than the whole red uniform thing. I can understand why she was recruited by Stanford.
  11. I stopped EVERYTHING I was doing to stand and watch that at bat and was not disappointed. ESPN was saying she hasn't hit all world series and I was like .... "just wait a sec".
  12. A big screen in the garage was the best money I've ever spent. Watched the entire game while troubleshooting clutch issues. I kinda resolved the issue right when the Longhorns kinda won the game. Win win. 🤠 Hook'em, Lady Longhorns! Can't wait to watch you while ignoring the NBA finals tomorrow night.
  13. Not at all surprised. The guy has no concept of how to use his roster or make adjustments. He leans on his starters to look better than he is.
  14. Tech & OU play twice tonight, regardless of who wins the first game - is that right?
  15. Wow, that's insane commitment from a teen AND parent both. ---------- "After middle school, Atwood joined the Houston-based travel program Hotshots Premier, which was nearly four hours from home. For the next four years, her parents shuttled her around for games and practices. When Atwood was in a hitting slump, she'd get in the car with her dad and go see Hotshots coach Nathan Nelson for an emergency hitting lesson. The distance never mattered. "I'd pick her up from school at 3:30 and I'd drive almost four hours for a one-hour session," Geoff said. "She'd be doing her homework in the back of the car and we wouldn't get home until midnight. That's how committed and in love with the sport Reese was. As a parent, I was going to do everything I could to help her fulfill her dreams and support her."
  16. Elsewhere in disspoint-land..
  17. Their coach just got a massive raise, or a fantastic new job. Kudos, Road Runners. Gonna be rooting for you all this week.
