  1. Fat Pat doesn't have a headset during the game. Has to wait until halftime to tell PK what to fix.
  2. Card can't throw if his first read is covered. He looked too long to the right. By the time he went for another read he was toast.
  3. Card should have noticed the TE was open
  4. Blame ESPN. They went to baseball.
  5. It was a nice catch but he didn't make the 1st
  6. Who gives a fuck about Judge? If he gets it, record it and show us during a commercial.
  7. TD! Great play! Stumbler rumbler.
  8. Both teams in Central time zone. ESPN tells everyone when game will start on app using Eastern time zone.
  9. Pretty sure I just passed the team busses on 71 headed to ABIA. 5 charters with police escort. Couldn't tell if Quinn was driving the lead bus....
  10. I'm guessing he's going to InsideTexas? Doesn't seem like a Ketch guy.
  11. I'm sure OSHA was on top of it back when the original was taken. No way they would have a beam they could walk out onto from an adjacent floor without another floor below.
  12. I told my wife I'm going to wait until my son is 16, then I'm going to kick him square in the nuts and tell him, "Payback's a bitch, huh?"
  13. Sorry. She was probably still thinking about me.
  14. Pretty sure we did it again in the 2nd half of that game.
  15. Tech isn't scoring 32 pts. And I doubt we score 38 or less.
  16. I'm sure this was posted somewhere, but not here. Kewok was smacked in the face during a post-game celebration. Can't tell if the guy did it intentionally or was trying to get a high-five and Kewok was moving on and the high-five just missed and hit his face. I don't think the guy could even see Kewok at that point.
  17. Texas 44 Tech 13 Prop: 277 I actually drove through (or around) Lubbock for the first time in August. Looked like an out-of-the-way San Marcos wannabe. The airport seemed to be half full with Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc. Story time: I never had hate for our little prairie bro - certainly not like the meths up north or the klan-on-the-Brazos. Back in the 90s I was dating a gal whose aunt worked for NBC as a marketing VP. She gave us 4 tickets to the '95 Cotton Bowl. They were nosebleeds but who cares. Tech won the 5-way tiebreaker to get the invite. We didn't give a shit about Tech but figured we could rustle up some red t-shirts and go to the game. Outside the stadium, some scalper made a deal to swap all 4 tickets for 2 lower 25-yd-line tickets - on the visitor's side. We didn't care and made the deal. Of course, Tech got blown out. By half-time, we might have been the only red in the stadium. Some Trojan fans wanted to talk shit until we told them we weren't Tech fans and didn't care. Went back to the hotel and got drunk, then laid. When she got drunk, she only wanted pooper, so I had that going for me, which was nice. That's the only time I've seen Tech play football. I wasn't impressed then and I'm not impressed now.
  18. So nobody asked about the post-game handshake? Seems like something some of our tabloid reporters would ask. And did anyone ask if Ewers was a possible to play if Card had gotten hurt?
  19. Re: post-game handshake The video I saw seems to show Traylor explaining something or complaining about something to Sark with Sark saying "I understand" multiple times with a serious face. Not sure if Sark said something first because I didn't see that. Someone at the game posted that Sark lit into the officials pretty hard right afterwards so I'm wondering if Traylor (or Sark) was upset about a non-call and Sark went to the officials afterward to "discuss" it. Otherwise: Did one of our lame media (FCB, Bowels, Ed "too old" Clements) ask in the post-game presser about Ewers being in pads?
