  1. Mateer's decision making has been bad for several years now. For some reason that has been portrayed by the media as him being an apex competitor instead of being someone who continually makes terrible decisions with the ball, some that work and some that bind his teams in the ass. Then again, these are the same media experts who told us who the top quarterbacks in the NFL draft would be before a snap was taken in game action and they have proven to be spot on.
  2. They will get to that right after they fix the all time fucking for the US Men's Basketball team in Munich. If only Bobby Knight had been the coach, World War III might have started, but our Head Coach wouldn't have just sat there and taken the shit.
  3. After watching Pribula throw for 170 against Bama and then see the numbers posted by Allert against Northwestern I am fairly certain PSU is paying the wrong guy. They most likely would have lost the these games because that team has sooooo many issues for a team ranked that high to start the year, but Allert just isn't good.
  4. Wait, what happened to the newest boy wizard OC Arbuckle? You telling me that 2 years as the OC at Wazzu, being a quality control control guy at Western Kentucky and the OC at Seminole HS wasn't enough to prepare him for this game when Mateer repeatedly made John Mateer decisions against a real defense?
  5. What are the odds he is around 5' 3" and spends the entire time at the gym doing bench, lats, and curls?
  6. Great long term growth strategy. Ticket prices are stupidly high and only going to get worse, Europe is losing viewership due to struggles with affording the costs of broadcasts, and now you will make it tougher to access in the US, but make more money in the short term. The obvious solution is shorter races and more sprints on circuits that make passing difficult to impossible.
  7. This, they are already having issues in Europe with viewership declining because they have priced out many of the average fan.
  8. Agreed based upon what I have been told by friends in law enforcement who have been involved with financial crime cases. Then there is the question about exactly what is our motivation here knowing how hard this is to prove AND the elephant in the room question, does anyone truly believe that the Clippers are the the only team that has circumvented the cap in this manner?
  9. You can't suspend him pending completion of the investigation? Maybe periodically release a statement saying we are still looking into the matter? The NBA is only worried about perception, no different than any other league or business for that matter. Besides, based upon what I read here all the NBA needs to do is talk to one reporter and it would seem like they have everything they would need to force Balmer to sell his stake in the Clippers right?
  10. If we aren't getting paid consultant wages or giving the authority to hire/fire then it is perfectly reasonable as fans to hold up only one side of equation which of course is the fire/trade/sign/release etc.......
  11. Possible things might have changed a bit.
  12. He also was working with them and I would hope if he felt they couldn't get the job done he would have said something. Not like Joe was brought in from the outside and had no prior history with them.
  13. So the prior owner who was caught on tape making racist comments and was a huge piece of shit was given a lifetime ban and a couple of million dollar fines in a matter of days and we have heard or seen what from the NBA on this matter?
  14. Why would you buy a plane that can fly speeds that they are not allowed to fly at over the continental US?
  15. Nothing wrong with being a guy who has great connections and is highly skilled in working in the grey areas. Fitch was that for Gary at TCU along with Luper, Eddie O, Trooper Taylor, and Tosh at UO are all examples of coaches who excelled in those areas. I am sure there are multiple guys who have excelled in those areas and didn't coach. Give Tech credit for taking advantage of the opportunity to bring him on the staff, gave him a title and turned him loose with Campbell's money. Am I wrong on that last sentence?
  16. Opens up a slot for Maldi, heck he could probably do both and get better results than those to JAGs.
  17. Careful, not EVERYONE runs on Colorado.
  18. One man's General Manager is another's former handler. He has come a very, very long way from directing kids from the Golden Triangle to high schools which is where he and Fitch met while TCU recruited the three Newton kids.
  19. So based upon someone's track record he will win the Outland in 2027 as he anchors the Horns to the Joe Moore award.
  20. Good place to start, but unless there is a way for the simulator to inflict pain for holding the ball too long, possibly talk shit about your commercials, and bombard your social media with unhinged rants it won't quite be the same/.
  21. If that skit is an example of something that the cast is good at, I really don't want to see what they struggle with, besides being funny, creative, etc......
  22. Someone told me those few points swapped around by switching places weren't a big deal. Things will get very interesting in the paddock if that lead gets below 10 points.
  23. New season, same suckage. If we could only get them on Trump's radar somehow.
  24. Small time line issue.
  25. I know some TCU boosters who would be happy to broker a trade of Ricker for Flood.
