  4. That was a previous test. This was of Starship. Like flying and landing a grain silo. O, and...

Well crap. Looks like an abort. I guess some other time. Apparently they have an hour to figure out what went wrong and refuel to try again. Have a feeling this will be moved to another day.

  8. I've been told and chastised, on this site (to be fair, it was shaggy), that language can be, and often times IS, violence. They were wrong, or maybe right. Depends on the narrative, I guess.
  9. Voted Ribeye, but I love some Brazilian picanha.
  10. My 16 month old has developed an affinity for my shorts drawstrings. He's also gotten taller. Now I never know when that guy is gonna grab drawstring or something else. My wife thinks it is hilarious.
  11. ISS passing overhead around 10:27 if interested. Coming from NW to SE. Cool to have the kids see where the SpaceX mission ended up. Link
  12. I think it is a dragon. We have the same one for our 16 month old and the batteries are dying. Now the thing sounds possessed and is creepy as hell.
  13. Judge Sullivan has hired a lawyer. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to this stuff, can someone tell me what that means? Why does he need a lawyer?

  15. This shit is hilarious.
  16. No, because they are FORMER DOJ officials. Unless the caption under the picture and actual title of the article when you follow the link are wrong.
  17. It is good news. When calculating the mortality rate you divide deaths by infected. The smaller the denominator, the higher the mortality rate. If they currently have 257,216 confirmed cases with 15,302 deaths the mortality rate is 5.9%. That is significant and a very deadly illness. If the denominator becomes 13.9% of the state population (19,450,000) or 2,703,550 the mortality rate becomes .57%.
  18. So, let's do some math. NY state population 19,450,000 NY state antibodies 13.9% NY state infected 2,703,550 NY state deaths 15,302 Mortality rate .57%
  19. http://www.publichealth.lacounty.gov/phcommon/public/media/mediapubhpdetail.cfm?prid=2328 USC-LA County Study: Early Results of Antibody Testing Suggest Number of COVID-19 Infections Far Exceeds Number of Confirmed Cases in Los Angeles County
