  1. I'm not into politics but I am a medical coder risk adjuster..  Healthcare is jacked up.  Something has to change, Obama was doing something right but now premiums are even higher with less coverage.  Pre existing conditions have to be covered but at 3 x the costs.  Then of course prescription prices..

If you’re in Texas... candidate order is randomly drawn and varies by county. Assuming all the machines are the same, even if your preferred candidate is on the first screen, you are not allowed to make a selection without clicking the “more” button. My vote was for Warren, she was on the first screen, but when I tried to select her and move on, I got a message that said something like “You must view all pages before you can make your selection.” So, no shenanigans.

In VA.. Biden was on top, then warren, Castro, Then Bernie.. Bloomberg was on the very bottom behind Amy and Pete

It was just complete and total panic, heavily bred by the at-the-time financial gap between the Big 12 and the Big 10/SEC (which, percentagewise dwarfs the current gap).  If all the schools that left the Big 12 sit down with OU and UT, the Big 12 today has a contract that's exactly on part with the SEC and Big 10.  But everyone freaked out and made panic decisions.  To some extent OU and UT were in on the fray, but obviously slowed their roll and cooled their heads.

A lot of this also comes back to this weird mindset that most of the powerful Big 12 schools and fanbases have always had:  we are better than the rest of these schools, and X league is a better league with more prestige and we should go there.  I really don't understand it, especially looking at it from the lens of 2010, but it persists to this day.

Ohio State and Michigan don't look at Purdue, Northwestern, and Indiana and think "we should ditch these schlubs for Prestige Worldwide".  That attitude is much more prevalent among schools that were or are in the Big 12.

I read this post in a condescending tone towards you and your school Al..

The posters on Land Thieves hate this conference.

I think OU admins have to be pretty pleased with the last decade.

ou posters blame every loss/CFP loss on the big 12.  Maybe they need to look at Riley?

damn.. if that is not lifting your skirt offering yourself to be woo'd..i don't know what is.  Bowlsby should be proactive and get some people in the shadows to reach out.  I like the Big 12 minus baylor..WV is ok..but being able to add USC knowing 8 current P12 schools will gladly follow, is something you must see through.

Yea, the SEC is chomping at the bit to get UH but they just can't seem to pry them away from the AAC.

Go listen to the Bill Simmons podcast and they talk about how this is the best WB has looked in years, it's the reason why Rocket fans are excited because he's playing good(go figure how that works). This version of WB isn't "the same" as he's always looked and the data backs all of it up. The offensive system did help and unfortunately when trolls pop in saying he's always been this way it's hilarious. Just go listen to the podcast and Simmons and russelio say the exact same thing all fans thought about WB before and during the beginning part of this season and how the system change has completely changed WB to the point that Simmons is even saying this might be the best WB has EVER looked. but but but okc fans say he's always played like this. LULZZ not even close.

Had to stop listening to BS show on the ringer man.. I'll go back and listen to this one.  Funny how he singled out Houston as the reason the NBA tv ratings were down in the first small ball game vs the Lakers a few weeks ago..  Now he's changed his tune?

Depressing, but OK.  So what would happen if the conference dissolves?  I am assuming that would be the only way anyone could leave and not have an exit fee.  What would it take for the conference to dissolve?

    8/10 schools agreeing to dissolve?

I was thinking the same thing as I read that quote. I don't listen to Austin sports radio outside the few Texas sports podcasts.  What's next the 'Talented Mike Roach"?

  10. RJ Young made a youtube post talking up Oneal.. how the Big 12 conference should go after him, specifically ou. Yes, please recruit him there.. I'm sure he will be running a 4.8 in no time drinking Oklahoman water

    Would Houston take him?

If not, I can't imagine many Power 5 schools that would have a spot at safety for a cement-shoe guy like O'Neal.

He should probably just quit football, but stay at A&M. Even though the school is an academic cesspool, the alumni network is very faithful and I doubt that any other college would offer him a better option for getting the most out of his life after football.

On twitter there were a lot of sooner fans posting gifs and whatnot.  Please go to Norman, Leon.. prove us all wrong lol

That thought has crossed my mind. With the long relationship/ mutual respect the B1G and PAC have, perhaps 4-6 PAC teams see if they can become the western arm of a B1G PAC conference. The four Cali schools, UO, and UW perhaps.

But I doubt anything happens and bet USC is just trying to lay the groundwork for pressuring the PAC into maybe giving them a bigger piece of the TV pie.

This will always work long term.. from experience of course.
