  1. How long does it take for the first “SECx3” chant to break out? Over/Under 2 hours seem reasonable?
  2. neighbors more of a loose term when you could possibly be 25+ miles away lol but well done everyone all the same
  3. Feel the same way about the Molly Cook turnout, feels good to finally cast a vote that likely made a pretty big difference in something. The comical also endorsed Whitmire who seems to be hell bent in dragging Houston back into his he 1950’s so whatever chucklefuck on their editorial board who is approving that shit can take a short jump off a high bridge…
  4. Looks like the secret ballot is compromised in certain circumstances in Texas after all, thanks political heros…
  5. 1. Fuck John Whitmire 2. Gonna tell myself I was one of the 74 votes it looks like Molly won by, feels good. Got a bunch of campaign mail/flyers from Jarvis this past week and they were all pretty sleezy. 3. Fuck John Whitmire
  6. That would be rather fantastic
  7. Brushing up on my Arabic so I can start a Muslim charter school to get them sweet sweet school voucher dollars from Lt Dan, Hot Wheels, and Ken “Lay” Paxton, what could possibly go wrong?
  8. NSIAP: Linked CBS article does bring up the amusing fact that Trump will have Secret Service protection in the joint should he end up behind bars, and the secret service will be protected by department of corrections officers...
  9. Is Utah even officially in the Big 12 yet? Already wanting out and think the ACC is a better spot because nothing says Atlantic Coast like Salt Lake City...
  10. Not if there's an across the board cap. It’s gonna be quite funny in a few years when the first school gets the NCAA hammer for getting caught breaking the salary cap for football
  11. Not sure how accurate this is, but after reading through the story it seems plausible...Apparently the knuckleheads that are running our state can't even secure secret ballots anymore. This publication Current Revolt was able to exploit the algorithm used by voting machines in Texas to assign "random" numbers to each ballot to identify Republican Party of Texas chairmans ballot from the March Primary (and that he didn't vote for Trump in the like he said he did...lolz to that) https://www.currentrevolt.com/p/exclusive-hacked-ballot-proves-texas Apparently the algorithm that all the voting machines in Texas use to assign "random" numbers to each ballot is very easy to cross reference with publicly available data, they successfully used this to reproduce 8 other elected officials ballots.... not great bob...not great
  12. Absolutely insane that the power football conferences are gonna get the G5 and other non football conferences to take an order of magnitude bigger hit to their payout to pay for all the shenanigans of the SEC, Big 10, ACC and Big 12…
  13. Feel pretty confident in saying that outside of a tropical system (Harvey, Ike, Allison survivor here) yesterday was the most intense storm I've ever been through in Houston, holy shit. Counting myself lucky that the power only briefly went out. Will admit that even though I keep pretty close tabs on the weather this surprised the shit out of me with how intense it was and how fast it all happened. Hope everyone on here in the Houston area stayed safe.
  14. The counting the spring game as a W to get to claim 10 wins after getting your doors blown off by Cal in a bowl game is still one of my all time favorite Aggy being Aggy things. Honestly kinda respect the shamelessness…
  15. If you are running scared of App State you aren’t a very serious “P4” football program, and it seems like most of the ACC outside Clemson and FSU fall into that category… Head Coach of Wake fucking Forest beating the “we need to stop scheduling G5 games” drum is real rich
  16. The wrong Nashville bit got me good
  17. Wake Forest apparently had a 3 game series with App State that they are likely gonna weasel out of too. App State in that G5 no mans land where they can’t get any competitive games with lesser big time conference schools
  18. Think their chief problem isn’t that El Paso is inherently a bad city/market, it’s that you are playing FBS football in the state of Texas but compared to all of the other FBS schools in the state and the recruiting grounds where they get players and the cities were their alumni live, El Paso may as well be on the surface of the moon.
