  1. I just want it fixed or they can get me a new one! With the current market situation I would get screwed in a buy back situation based on what I bought the vehicle for versus current market value.
  2. Dealership called to let me know they have a loaner car I can pickup tomorrow morning. They told me that I can only drive it 100 miles per day! [emoji102]
  3. Thanks for the info.....A friend of mine is part owner of the dealership. I spoke with him today and he is asking that I wait until Monday to escalate anything with Ford.
  4. F-150 You would be driving down the road and all of a sudden the truck would go into limp mode. You would have to come to a complete stop and shut off the truck and it would reset and work fine for a couple of days. First time this happened we took it in and they couldn't find anything wrong. Then a few days later the dash lit up like a christmas tree and has been in the shop every since. Here is what all they have fixed so far but it is still having issues. 1. New valve body installed in transmission 2. Replaced catalytic converters 3. Replaced crankshaft sensor 4. Replaced powertrain control module 5. Now they are going to replace the crankshaft tone wheel. I have asked on a couple of occasions for a loaner vehicle since this has been ongoing for over a month. They keep telling me nothing has been turned in which I think is BS.
  5. Does anyone have experience with vehicle lemon laws? I have a truck that I bought back in March that has been in the repair shop for the past 30+ days with no progress on fixing the issue.
  6. Started on the dig today! Just waiting on the rain and delays now!
  7. Why don't you just use the TAB contracts? The cost is minimal in the grand scheme of things.
  8. RCLA and a jury will bend you over one day! The last place you want to be is in the courthouse with a crazy homeowner. The TAB contracts will save you from this and spell out a limited warranty.
  9. This is 100% accurate. The TAB contracts will save your bacon! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I'm in the same boat. Just need someone to sell me a machine or Philips to hurry up and get my recalled machine exchanged.
  11. Does anyone know if you need a prescription to buy a CPAP machine? The one I have now is involved in a recall.
  12. Where do you live? The temp of your water coming into the house will make a huge difference on how well a tankless works.

Work and life have been crazy recently. Decided to head to the mountains to get away.
  14. Building setbacks and pool easements setbacks are two separate things.
  15. Thanks for sharing. Right now they have designed a 16' x 32' with a 6' x 12' tanning ledge. Pool goes from 3' to 6'6". I'm thinking about adding a few feet and making it 18' x 38'.
  16. Looks good! I'm going with some similar minus the wrap around at the porch. What are the dimensions and would you happen to have a design you can share?
  17. Keywords "in your home" Whomever is the provider will absolutely come fix the service lines up to your meter. Anything after the meter is on the homeowner's dime!

Burt made some fantastic world class Pinot back in the day!
  19. Met with my pool builder yesterday to go over the design. The design has started out at 16 x 32 with a 12 x 6 Baja shelf. The look on this face when I asked if we could make the pool 20 x 40 was comical! He tried to tell me that was a huge pool? Not sure what size a typical pool is these days?
  20. Pool designer messed up on the rendering. There is no deck. Just a big outdoor living space with a shed roof that apparently is a double level pergola!
  21. Looks like I'm going to bite the bullet and put a pool in at the new house. I don't know the first thing about a pool other than it holds water. I just got a preliminary drawing back from my pool builder and its less than mesmerizing. Could some of you help me out here? Beach entry looks a little on the small side. I would like enough room for two lounge chairs in the water there. On the equipment placement I don't want it next to the house. Has anyone seen the equipment located remotely in the backyard? Thanks in advance!
