  1. Most Surly men would appreciate a woman who plays with Legos. Jus' sayin'.
  2. I will never understand why Saban didn't can Bullet Chin after one season. It was pretty evident that the Bama offense was regressing even with the likes of Bryce Young.
  3. Maybe change your handle to "ThePodCast357" ?
  4. Your post brings me back to the intro of this throwback video.
  5. What I remember was Mack actively sabotaging the recruiting class when he was let go.
  6. Trey belongs in a club with Lowell Galindo. This video was worthless. It's just a regurgitation of the same information from the weekend and yesterday.
  7. IIRC, he was dating one of Strong's daughters. I'm pleasantly surprised that Elliott has made it 5 years in the NFL (https://www.detroitlions.com/team/players-roster/deshon-elliott/).
  8. Agreed. @Elmer_Fudd, Bugs Bunny isn't on Surly, so you don't have to post strobe light gifs.
  9. The University of Texas is the flagship school of the state, lest anyone forget.

    USMNT 2023

That was a great scene from one of the greatest comedy movies ever, but the USMNT is currently doing its best to vie for greatest comedy ever. I wouldn't wait around if Mourinho wants to take the job. Get him in ASAP and let him start working his system. However, any permanent coaching hire is unlikely if Brian McBride's successor has not been chosen. The argument that the game needs to be marketed further in the US (for 2026?) seems rather disingenuous. The game will market itself if the USMNT can make a deep run into the World Cup. At some point, a deep run does not simply mean qualifying for the knockout arounds. That's the mediocre shit that MLS fuckbois and other ignorants who said Berhalter did a great job are on.
  11. Has been posted on Surly before, but merits reposting. Imagine what Bo Davis can do with such a physical specimen?
  12. Take Jacob Henry as a scholarship player. Jacob wouldn't be the worst scholarship player on the roster. Mark Henry's presence around the program is a positive.
  13. I, for one, want the son of Mark Henry on the Texas Longhorn Football Team.
  14. Cancer if you ingest it often enough. Tragic. Smoking is such a huge turnoff no matter how hot she is.
  15. This is why I don't think we're done at WR. Cook can probably play on Day 1, but that's not ideal. Texas needs another experienced WR especially in the event that Mitchell, Neyor, Whittington, and Worthy all simultaneously leave (which is why I hope the staff continues recruiting Gary Bryant, Jr.). If Arch sees the field in 2023, either things went extremely well or things went extremely awry.
  16. I'm likely in the minority here, but I think Texas should continue to pursue this WR: https://www.on3.com/db/gary-bryant-jr-45189/ Texas could use every guy that can consistently catch back shoulder throws. Neyor is a wildcard due to injury. As excited as we are to get AD Mitchell, he missed most of this past season due to a high ankle sprain. Worthy may enter the portal again or decide to continue not putting effort into making catches. Whittington also has extensive injury history and generally runs with the ball better than he catches it. Brenen Thompson might still not be ready for the first step.
