21 points dropped from a winning position this season.  Brutal

The opposite of last season.

LMAO bringing in Sterling.   WTAF.

Seriously. Give the academy kid NBO a shot; he cannot be worse than Sterling.

What we have left:

A PSG. Certainly not looking good Bob after they rested 10 starters and we looked spent for most of this match.

A Liverpool. Haven’t won there in over a decade.

H Newcastle. They’ve pwoned us three times already this season.

A Southampton. We never play well there either.

There’s a pretty good chance we need to win the CL to qualify for it next season.

Oh, and City will win the FA Cup, Spurs/Manure the Europa, and Chelsea likely the Conference.

The BBC has assured me Arteta and the boys will channel their rage from losing to Bournehampton (whatever) into beating PSG.

Well, we did carve up Real Madrid and all, so maybe something great will happen this week.  Am I betting on it?  Fuck no.

Curtains. We aren’t scoring three. Fuck.

That’s a remarkable hit.

Couldn’t make the early spell count.

Fuck.

partey could have just cleared the ball there, but nope. he fucked us in the first leg, and he ended the tie right there. god damn man.

Maybe we should, I don’t know, SIGN. A FUCKING. STRIKER. Hard to win the Champions League when you’re playing an 8 up top.

this is the farthest we’ve been in the CL in my time as a fan, and we did so with the worst injury crisis we’ve had in that same time frame. i’m proud of the team and the club overall. mikel has told us to “get excited” for the summer transfer window, and for me his word is gold. PSG was the better team this year, but not by a lot. we’re here and we’re here to stay. this is the easiest CL elimination i’ve ever had to swallow. the future is bright. COYG. 🔴

Silky me. I thought a CLEAR AND OBVIOUS INABILITY TO SCORE GOALS was the problem. Silly me. See, what is really holding is back is goalkeeping. Need a ~£30m GK to elevate Raya’s level. Strikers and attacking MFs? Nah. We good. Oh and we need a few more left backs.

Yeah, this has 4-1 written all over it.

Also some rumors that Calafiori is interested in returning to Italy, due to the progression of MLS.   If they could sell him and break even, it would probably be a good sale, but no way any of the Italian clubs are offering that much.

Careers are short; wouldn’t fault him for wanting regular football, an established Italy international. Still… dude is only 22, can play all four defensive positions, and will improve. Would be very nice to have him in our rotation.

Guy is a baller. He’s had one season in the prem. Selling him with all the upside seems like a knee jerk reaction.

To be clear, Arsenal (as far as I have heard) aren't looking to sell him, but he might be looking to move on.   I agree on his potential, but his injury history is a legit concern.

https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6356189/2025/05/15/arsenal-survey-results-2025/

The Athletic ran a Arsenal fan survey, the results accentuate that the actual fans' views are a near polar opposite of the noise-maker "fans" on twitter, or the jackass pundits like the 2 clowns Neville & Carraghar.

Some of the results (below is what I answered)

As expected, considering injuries.
