  1. Practice doesn't make perfect. It makes permanent.
  2. ^^^^ I ain't readin' all that. But, does anyone have a succinct list of dominoes that have to fall today in order for us to get in?
  3. Not unheard of. I had a roommate once who played in the Pac-8. He said that one year they were invited to play in the Sun Bowl and the team voted to decline the bid. Back then it was the Rose Bowl or nothing. As others have pointed out, the money the needed to fund the athletic department and the extra practices and the complications due to NIL/portal and it's sort of a quaint old idea from yesteryear.
  4. You mean like this?
  5. Screen Recording 2025-11-28 at 10.57.03 PM.mov
  6. Somewhere Peter "The Scrub" Gardere is smiling.
  7. We've played pretty bad and are down 7. Officiating was kind of "suspect." BUT, their QB is dinged up and we get one of our best defensive players back in the 2nd half. They get the ball first but how is everyone going to feel if we tie the game at 10:00 in the 3rd?
  8. I take it I'm the only person who thinks we're going to win?
  9. None of the officials watching #19 I guess.
  10. We must have the worst playbook in college football.
  11. (Watching aigy chasing after the ball) One point safety?
  12. I have to say I'm really tired about hearing about Lane Kiffin.
  13. I was wondering about that myself.
  14. If my team was super pumped up I'd definitely run something complicated to start off with.
  15. Damn, our visitor's locker room is bare bones.
  16. Anyone know where the officials for today's game are from?
  17. Damn, what a stupid pass.
  18. They looked like Georgia was going to push them back through the endzone. Then King completes a 35 yard pass.
  19. Based on the video it seems the fire is caused by the combustible screening. The narrator points out the bamboo scaffolding didn't fully burn in a lot of cases. Also, from what I can tell the facade was intact and not under some kind of recladding -- more like they were repointing the brick. What amazes me is the distance the fire had to jump from one building to another. In the U.S., you can pretty much ignore things more than 30' from your building.
