  1. Meant to quote Scraps actually. This is just a posting epic fail. Please all move on and ignore my bad bullshit.
  2. Pretty devastating set of losses for them. Solid wins from a competitive perspective for us but we’ve gotta clean our collective game up before the calendar turns to October. Too many errors for sure. Just need to hit our stride at the right time, not even August yet.
  3. Dubon slander will not be tolerated. He’s been nothing but good in replacement of a Hall of Famer. You watch it bucko!
  4. Props to Gerry and really all the 995ers. That post’s relative content would force you into the red in just about any other field where ‘expert advice’ is paid for, but instead they rake in the cheddar.
  5. Chad is badass. Fuck all this other noise. Jake is also badass. Lots of teams would trade our problems for theirs in a heartbeat. Celebrate it.
  6. The “my team’s cheating is OK but any one else is horrible” syndrome is funnier with some fan bases than others but someone who supported the 2010s Rangers whose whole team was juiced to the tits on HGH and roids supplied by their drug dealing all star center fielder has to be top of the list. Not to be confused with their previous PED drug dealing all star shortstop.
  7. On a completely unrelated note, a team that hits a grand slams wins 86% of the time. Which seems very low to me.
  8. 3/4 in Arlington would be amazing considering all of our issues. Let’s grab one more. This team is going to put it together in the second half and it’s going to be fucking righteous.
  9. Must’ve been a long time since our last commitment to have this kind of conversation going.
  10. Well spill my latte on my overpriced shoes! The Ironical Son returns.
  11. Kenny Powders = Geoff Ketchum bc he’s making all efforts to take an actual human shit on great Texas recruiting.
  12. All this on the anniversary of Manning’s commitment? Beware the Ides Of Arch
  13. Rewatched 9th from last night this morning. Stanford’s reliever who opened the 9th got some very generous strike calls from the ump. Probably threw 13 of first 15 pitches for balls if they’d been called correctly.
  14. Kid was born to throw a football. Smooth release, makes throwing with zip look very casual, and accurate. Hope he can work all the other pieces out. Seems like a good dude.
