  1. Would you consider Florida State to aggy a lateral move? I wouldn’t...it was all about the cash.
  2. So clearly we have the most impressive win, but aggy has the advantage with 2 really impressive losses
  3. Line of skirmish
  4. You’re right...barely. That’s a .3% return. Or with 100 $11 bets, $13 profit.
  5. Need more quality loses
  6. And 53% for the season last year...so didn’t even cover the vig. I’m not saying it’s completely worthless, but it’s flawed and the Texas/OU comparison exposes its flaws.
  7. A smart man would realize that means his model is shit
  8. And we would have kept scoring on them if we had more time. We could have converted that 4th down if there was time and a need to do so. It’s not like they were slowing us down that drive. I’ve been told yes, but it was a long time ago.
  9. They’re really proud of those 100k fans....every damn article.
  10. Technically they played a better Kyler. Just not for 4 quarters...and the stats still don’t back up the narrative.
  11. Got back yesterday from 4 nights. I didn’t take many pictures and the ones I did suck. Breakfast: Horns - can’t remember what I ate but I don’t think it was on the menu online. The Bloody Mary was great, so maybe that’s why New Orleans Cake Cafe - Boudin and eggs was awesome. I’d definitely go back for that. Ruby Slipper - had the Benedict trio. The cochon was the best with the etouffee one a close second. Way too much food, but seemed like a good way to start the day. Lunch: Ate at the Blues & BBQ festival one day. All local vendors and shared a few things with friends. Nothing was really great, but it was a fun atmosphere Dat Dog - shared a hot dog with the wife that was pretty great. Just fancy, overpriced hot dogs Dinner: Dragos - oysters were good but everything else was by far the worst my group had on the trip. It was a neat experience, but we had better oysters elsewhere Luke - after watching the Texas game at a brewery, I’m sure the food may not have been as great as I remember now. Had shrimp and grits and some great cocktails Saba - easily the best restaurant we went to on the trip. With cocktails and shared plates, it ended up being around $80 / pp, but I’ll definitely go back. The highlights were the blue crab hummus / pita, lutenista, octopus and falafel. The roasted chicken we shared was really good, but not worth the price at all. I’d probably try one of the other options next time. Cochon Butcher - had boudin and shared the Monday night special (fried pork chops and red beans and rice) + gyro with the wife. All 3 were great and it was an easy, quick dinner (counter service).
  12. I wonder if aggy treated that like the Clemson / Bama covers this year
  13. @Huckleberry so aggy is the best 2 loss team in the nation and should be ranked right below us?
  14. My bad...not going to pretend I knew that, but beer and recent memories of sooner tears got me excited last night. 2x in one year with the latter being a championship?
  15. Vote delete thread. I’ve been critical of Herman’s coachisms and on field results, but I’ve come around. I believe Herman is instilling what we’ve desired for decades - a hard nosed, never quit, not entitled football team. His coachisms now seem real. I believe him when he says they will take it one game at a time. I believe him when he says they are family and play for each other. He was exactly right that the LJH screen was the play of the game. Our floor is 9 games this year and we have the upside to be competing for the championship. In year 2...the year well documented here as being the proof that a coach is capable. We may slip up and lose a game we shouldn’t (or should), but I’m no longer selling Herman. He’s our guy. We’re going to be ok. Fuck the haters.
  16. Quoting myself to say I’m going to be 6-2 in December. TTLP
  17. OU sucks. Let’s make history and beat them twice in one year. ttlp x2
  18. 15-16-1 5-2 in person
  19. Expecting to win breeds entitlement
  20. For sure. Bad holds and general offensive ineptitude made it close as well. Murray was rattled in the 3rd and sailing his throws. If we didn’t open the door with back to back holds, I think the 4th would have been more of the same.
  21. To be fair, he’s also the reason they made it competitive at the end.
  22. I’ve bitched about Beck and Herman a lot. I was wrong. Crow is delicious. The team isn’t perfect. It’s young and make mistakes at bad times. But Herman and co have completely changed the culture and mentality. He’s our guy.
  23. Box office told me to go through will call, so didn’t miss a thing. Crisis adverted
  24. Is this one of those fake aggy posts from a visiting fan? Oh wait...we know you’re legit and we’re not a bunch of dorks
  25. Got them redone, sold them. Please leave the guys that got them alone - good people
