Go get the head coach coffee and donuts while he tirelessly teaches every player on the roster every aspect of the game and draws up the entire offensive and defensive schemes the team will follow?
Look at Grant McCasland, do you think he was known for offense before he came to Tech? There isn't a person alive that would have predicted his first two Tech teams would play offense like they did. Do you think Chris Beard came up with the style of no-middle defense he likes to play all by his lonesome? No, a good coach finds assistants that, yes, fit his particular style, but will also help him come up with schemes that fit the current meta and construct a roster that will fit those schemes.
Given this kind of comment and a lot of your posts in the coaching search thread, I'm starting to think you don't actually have the first clue as to what you're talking about.
