  1. What's Bob Hill up to? (kidding....kind of)
  2. I thought the goons behind school vouchers were also extremely anti-booze and anti-gambling (and eventually anti-dancing ala Footloose)
  3. https://www.tmz.com/2025/02/06/taylor-swift-blake-lively-manipulated-lawsuit-justin-baldoni-meeting-legal-war/
  4. So basically Milwaukee just gave us money? For nothing in return?
  5. Aaaand he's getting waived. What was this deal exactly?
  6. Defenders get ready for his famous schweaty balls
  7. It probably is a bummer for the players who bonded with him, but long term I agree we can find someone better. Losing assistants comes with the territory when you're an elite program.
  8. wow, all jokes aside this could suck for us
  9. Wemby with the chess move and a checkmate
  10. This rumor thread on reddit CFB is pretty interesting to read
  11. it was livestreamed on the local youtubes
  12. Lively getting sued (again) this time in Austin (?) https://variety.com/2025/film/news/blake-lively-sued-crisis-pr-it-ends-with-us-1236298031/ https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/25513848/jed-wallace-blake-lively.pdf Wonder why they only sued her and not Ryan Reynolds or her other "dragons"
  13. It's a fat man's league now
  14. this is how I know you're out of touch and your opinions can be safely ignored
  15. You'd see California and New York AGs go after the people on the ground who aren't complying with the ruling. Seizing their bank accounts and assets, and possibly being jailed, generally making life difficult for them because they're following Trump's orders, putting them in a situation to choose between their jobs and their own freedom. If that doesn't work, then the states will work their way up the chain of command until eventually the federal government complies with the ruling. I also think the business community, who are the ones who really got Trump to back off tariffs, will also factor heavily into what Trump tries to do in defiance of a SCOTUS ruling.
  16. I consider conservatives to be a fact of life. Fundamentally, they are an embodiment of pure evil. They are not answerable to me. It's like blaming water for being wet. I mean, sure, you could do it but it's pointless. Democrats market themselves as the antithesis of the GOP. They are, at least in theory, supposed to reflect the will of their voters. If they are to be the umbrella in the rainstorm, but the umbrella malfunctions and we're getting soaked, it's reasonable to complain to the manufacturer because they're not doing their jobs properly. What's even worse is being told by the manufacturer that the reason their product malfunctions is because I don't appreciate it enough, or being told that it's not malfunctioning because it's good to exhibit the virtue of compromise by getting drenched. There is only one party in American politics that fears its base, and it's the only party whose base is getting exactly what they want from their politicians.
  17. Aw shucks, maybe the Democrats would have won if only their voters didn't actually expect anything from them, if only people stopped saying mean stuff about them.
  18. I'm expecting Lively's side to make the next splash. Right now Baldoni's got most of the momentum.
  19. This supports my CR theory
