  1. This new lineup is pretty good.
  2. Dora going to be exploring the potato this season
  3. Almost hit the...whatever building that was. Feels like people are going to murder that ballpark.
  4. Had to tap out after 2. Will watch 3 tomorrow. This faction is really annoying. The Chandrila part is really well done.
  5. Closest you'll get is this:
  6. I think they learned their lesson from season 1 where Gilroy set up the episodes in a similar 3 episode = 1 Act set. He broke that up a bit with episode 7, the 3 part Nakina 5 story, and the 2 final episodes. Back then Disney+ only released 1 episode a week. Now that they broke that model in the last few years, they're doing the 3 episode set releases. Those are also the breaks for time jumps to get us towards Rogue One.
  7. He was great in Poker Face.
  8. But isn't Jimmy Smits doing other work? I doubt his role would've been that large and Benjamin Bratt is really good. Maybe the overseas schedule was an issue since this is shot I believe at Pinewood outside of London.
  9. Is Kay Parker returning for this one?
  10. "HBO is going woke on the this zombie show"...ignores the entire catalog of HBO shows, movies, and documentaries going back 40 years.
  11. I hope she gets uglier as the season goes on.
  12. Probably either 7pm or 8pm CT on Tuesdays. Nothing yet on Disney+.
  13. I think word of mouth is really going to help as well as large format screenings. It also is a movie that's highly rewatchable. I want to see if it now in digital to compare how it is to the film version. I also want to watch that music sequence again. My wife brought up an interesting point. Was this the first vampire movie where they wanted to make each other vampires because they genuinely loved each other and wanted to be together as a family and were visibly sad when it didn't happen? The part where Smoke stakes Annie after she's bit, Stack and Mary both cry out and not in a you killed a vampire way that other movies do. They weren't just your typical cartoon vampires. It was more because they really wanted the 4 of them to be together as a family forever. Plus, Coogler gets points again for making a villain where you kind of have to give him credit for his motivation. Remmick's point about no longer being screwed over by white society was pretty strong. Glad Delroy Lindo got another chance to shine on the big screen.
  14. Oh no. Not an attractive female on my college football pregame show.
  15. Everyone needs to brush on what's about to happen by watching the wonderful documentary Conclave.
  16. Breaking Pope news now!
  17. Watched One Way Out tonight. Just epic shit. Fucking Kino Loy and his parents that didn't teach him how to swim.
  18. That was so damn enjoyable. The musical portion was a really awesome choice and is part of why I love Ryan Coogler films. Miles Caton made a hell of debut. He joked that he'd like to be Miles Morales in the MCU. The 70mm IMAX showing was great. I haven't seen film like that in so long that the flicker effect took a while to reset in my brain and then I remembered how that used to look. The night time scenes were just so beautiful and vivid. Hats off to Coogler for shooting in IMAX.
  19. Maybe Hermansen should try not taking out his own men
  20. Konate is having a bit of a WTF kind of game with his ball decisions.
