  1. Maybe half a billion is the new normal.
  2. Kerkez is doing well. This is a tall ask for him in his 3rd match.
  3. No, he fucking sucks and is another reason to not watch the Fox morning show.
  4. Both of those games are the 2nd weekend. 2026 09/05 - Texas State 09/12 - Ohio State 09/19 - UTSA 2027 09/04 - New Mexico State 09/11 - Michigan 09/18 - UTEP
  5. The issue I'll take with your post is that at least with Sark there is a trend. There is a pattern. He is the one constant. The red zone issues are still there. You're completely right about the rest. Yeah that's about the toughest game we could've played in our first game of the year under a new starting QB. But man, it was there for us yet again. It was like that stupid OU game from 2 years ago where we couldn't punch it in from the 1 with 4 tries. It's just baffling that the issues are still there because it's one of many things holding us back but one that should be less challenging to solve. I just want to convert more of these stupid games because I think winning them sets you on the right path and sets the table for your season. 2005 showed that. I think Arch will be fine. That kid has maybe the most pressure placed on him since Chris Simms and that was way before the massive hype machine of social media. We have idiots thinking he'll be the Cowboys or Browns draft pick before the game was played. I think he'll get it together but like I said yesterday, we won't know a thing on him until Florida because that will be the next true test. A road SEC game against a rising opponent and a dynamic QB is similar to what we saw yesterday. The Swamp will be a hell of place to try to get a win. I'm not out on Sark but I'm just disappointed like I said yesterday that this might just be his ceiling like James Franklin has a similar one. I'm hoping Arch is that VY type that can unlock Sark's brilliance again. I think I was more disappointed that it all looked so vanilla when I thought Arch would have all these additional options to his game that Ewers never had. Instead it looked very similar. Again, lots of season left and I'm not angry about yesterday, just yet again disappointed that we failed in a big matchup.
  6. Just hold on Brighton!
  7. AC Milan want Joe on a permanent loan. We only sign off if Guehi is allowed to leave Palace.
  8. On the ad tier? Rookie mistake.
  9. Nice cut back.
  10. Ryan Williams has a concussion.
  11. I want to see Livingston and Endries get more passes. Both guys stepped up when called upon. Wingo was disappointing but I don't feel he was put in the best position to take advantage of his strengths. Running game looks like it should be solid. Defense was pretty outstanding given the almost total lack of help by the offense for 3 quarters. We won't know anything until Florida. Does Arch need someone to help him stretch better? The weird rotator stuff he constantly does strikes me as really odd. Like he's never comfortable in his pads.
  12. They were 2-10 last season. Take the stick out of your ass.
  13. Going for it wasn't the issue. The play calling on 4th was.
  14. Much deserved storming of the field
  15. Get another TD, FSU.
  16. Short!
  17. Guess who's no longer about to be the top story.....
  18. Where have you gone, Quinn Ewers? A portion of Surly turns its lonely eyes to you. Woo woo woo. What's that you say, Mrs. Robinson? Quinn Ewers has gone to be the play football near Biscayne Bay, hey hey hey. Hey hey hey.
  19. I'll preface all of this with it was an early game in a hostile environment against a top 5 opponent who has an excellent shot of winning their conference and the national championship. That out of the way, the same issues we've had under Sark are still there. Offensive penalties specifically on the OL that hurt drives. Confounding red zone playcalling and execution that lead us to 0 points and take points off the board. Poor player execution when it matters. I like Sark, I really do. My fear is he has a ceiling and we are seeing it. It's a similar ceiling that Mack had. He is a much better coach than Mack. I don't think we're going 0-5 against OU under him. But he has shortcomings that cost this team in games that matter. He is now what, 3-12 in top 10 matchups? We can never convert these high leverage games to our advantage outside of Alabama. It is worrisome that year after year the same problems creep in. He had all offseason to get ready for this game and the offense looked dreadfully behind last season. I do credit Ohio State for a great gameplan but we looked to break out constantly and never did. Run game was good. Passing was awful and unimaginative. No creativity. No balance. He didn't get to the TE until the 2nd half. He didn't motion much at all. He didn't run counters or misdirection. It was a vanilla offense that wasn't going to cut it against a team like Ohio State. I don't know what exactly the offensive game plan was other than don't make Arch f up and that didn't happen. Is our season over, of course not. It's just disappointing that we're not able to pull ahead in these matchups. And now we have 3 straight weeks of games that make absolutely no difference other than getting Arch and the younger guys more experience. We won't know the measure of this team until Florida because the next 3 opponents are cannon fodder. My fear is we've hit a ceiling with Sark and we're going to need another VY type, like Mack did, to push us forward into anything great. Maybe Arch is that guy. He wasn't today and frankly he may never be. We've seen loads of talent at QB walk through that door and amount to not much in the postseason. It's tiring to smash our heads against the ceiling yet again. I want to break through. I want to win games like today. I want us to finally be the team everyone claims we're capable of. I'm just worried we're never getting that with Sark. He failed his team today. Now he needs to rebound and learn, yet again, for another stumble. Has he yet?
  20. That was short lived Longhornssssas
  21. This is year 4 of this. We’re just fucked on it since that is his worst attribute, red zone playcalling
  22. PK showing he’s the best coach on the staff
  23. Same things that lost us games continue to do so. Penalties, red zone, execution
