  1. Guys, this “debate” has long since expired. Treaty Oak is fully aware that his views are both untenable and indefensible. The thing is that he doesn’t care. When you are that wrong, you come to a T-intersection. You can either turn left, which means owning up to how wrong you were and obligately change your view; or you can turn right, which means doing everything you possibly can to distract both yourself and everyone else from that reality because you’re beholden to what amounts to a belief system. He turned to the right. Just leave it alone. If you want to put out y’all’s objections to what he’s saying (which I agree with, especially regarding @Pancho’s comments), that’s one thing. But personally addressing him? That’s about as useful as an asshole on an elbow.
  2. I mean this came from an airhead whose party in Tennessee is trying to pass a bill that effectively eliminates the age requirement of marriage.
  3. Goldberg=Diet Ultimate Warrior
  4. It is. That’s a stupid move for him to do. As an FMS trainer, I can tell you that doing that as often as he does it makes his knees a ticking time bomb. He’s gonna have to eliminate that “lift them off the ground from a low squatting position” shit from his arsenal immediately or else his future in that business will be very short.
  5. However long or short that list is, I assure you that it’s a very unsavory lot.
  6. Not only that, what he did accomplishes absolutely nothing in the way of “protecting” her. That’s all make believe bullshit.
  7. Committing assault on national TV ranks dead last on the list of constructive ways to address that grievance. No one walks around carrying a journal entitled “Lessons Learned,” and certainly Chris Rock doesn’t. And besides, you wouldn’t do it anyways.
  8. Exactly like that
  9. And therein lies the problem.
  10. Once again, poor Herschel
  11. To be fair, he wouldn’t have said it if he didn’t know he could reliably count on the idea that there’d be people that would easily fall for it.
  12. Right. Again, this is all just showboat theatre by the minority party to get the base all juiced up for the November mid-terms. It has jack shit to do with actually disqualifying her (well maybe it would be when it came to the vote of Ron Johnson, but that’s it).
  13. They’re not idiots. The people who believe in the dishonest horseshit they spew to the point where they vote for them in elections are idiots. That’s all they were doing with this feeble, garbled drivel: campaigning. If neither cameras nor microphones were on them, that pathetic imitation of theatre never takes place.
  14. Oh it’s legitimate. Legitimate theatre
  15. So have you ever watched Game of Thrones? Because if you did, you’d have noticed there’s a scene where Daenerys asks Jorah what the Dothraki expression for “thank you” is and he replies “there’s no such expression.” You just used the word “sense” regarding arguments that are derived 100% from the language of Tribal Instincts and Emotions, which is the native tongue of the Fairy Land of Make Believe and Pretend. There is no such expression in that language.
  16. If you’re drawing inferences to the First Amendment from how social media controls the publishing of posts, then no, you do not understand it.
  17. Let’s put it this way: we (the US as a whole) are a basketball team and we’re trailing Team 1st World by 30 points in the third quarter. These senators are falling down trying to high five each other after nailing a single free throw.
  18. It’s less about Brady and more about people like @Had Enough going
