  1. I think you misspelled Cowboys. But Jerrah hates Texas deep down and won't take a project Longhorn.
  2. Bullshit! I refuse to believe that the bottom line for the NFL and its owners is money.
  3. But I can't do quantum physics maths and Occams Razor is too sharp for my regarded brain.
  4. So stop responding to it. The culmination of this debate is coming to big closure in the NFL draft. Immamac doesn't want the conversation in that thread so here is where its happening. Stop opening the thread and increasing traction by responding. Reactions to the thread about how it should die are insanely counter productive to your wants. And... had Quinn been drafted early would you be wanting the same thing? I think not.
  5. Fixed for you. The 11 players drafted last year and 8 so far this year along with the coaching staff might have played some small part in that ascension back. That's not a negative on Quinn, but just like we can't blame all failures on him nor should we attribute all the success. I hope someone picks him up in the draft or he walks on. I'm glad he was here. I'm glad for what he contributed, but Quinn didn't bring Texas back alone.
  6. And really, what's it matter, everyone inside the walls at aggie are thinking about the fact the UPenn lost to Columbia according to Early. Don't ask me why, I can't understand.
  7. Yeah, I recall both of us being on his cheer squad. It's a bummer.
  8. Ive been lead to believe Bond is off most boards. I was a fan and supporter and viewed him as a WR3 before the assault. Thus, I agree with the talk of him no longer being in consideration. Sucks but.. reality Hope I'm wrong.
  9. Or, maybe, just perhaps, Quinn just isn't as good as many Longhorns here seem to think and isn't really NFL material for a variety of reasons.
  10. It wasn't just his interviews, it was his shitty play, entitlement, shitty attitude, lack of accountability, refusal to interview with a lot of teams, in addition to his shitty dad. There's an old adage about a bed and what to do once its made..
  11. They aren't but doesn't matter. We're debating pure speculation that will never come to pass and its not particularly relevant. I agree with your broad points just not the specifics with Quinn.
  12. Fair, but I'm not confident Quinn was getting that much in NIL elsewhere. Doesn't matter at this point, I just hope someone picks him up and gives him a look at QB2/3, aside, of course, from Cleveland.
  13. Agree with everything you said, but fixed the tail end for you. Cleveland is where QBs go to die. SS Drama Queen and his grifting, race baiting Father will sink that ship substantially faster than the Titanic in the horribly long movie of the same name.
  14. Money wise yeah, but I think you and discussed at the time what that ultimately does to legacy and more regional opportunities for someone like Quinn long term. Quinn wasn't getting massive NIL from Texas next season and going elsewhere kills any chance for that regional endorsement money if the NFL doesn't pan out. He was in a catch 22 at that point.
  15. Dillion is going to blow SS out of the water. Not close.
  16. I'm happy Blue got drafted... I hope I'm wrong but dont think it is great for the Cowboys nor Blue. Think Helm in TN is a good fit, would not have been my 1st choice, but a lot better than... say... Cleveland.
  17. Well, I was right on Gabriel going before SS... Cleveland or Dallas is where I saw SS potentially. I would have never in a million years picked both of them to the same team. But... that it's Cleveland... fucking tracks.
  18. Did you know what I meant? You did! But I fixed it anyway. Feel free to follow me around, I could use an editor for sure. Regards- BE
  19. To best use "snubbing" as motivation to improve one must first take accountability for why said snubbing occurred, find some humility, accept that some humble pie must be eaten, focus on accepting that improvement is required then listen to the leadership of the organization thats offered the opportunity. In that humble time, learn, train, improve and stfu. Focus on improving one's abilities and leadership skill and then apply those skills on the field based on input from the teams leadership. Let your actions prove the facts, lead on the field, not with words and accusations. Does Sean Payton or any fucking body that has any knowledge of SS and Deion think there is even a tiny chance of a single part of that happening? If so, I have some information about a brand new bitcoin I'm launching and I'd love to let them in on my secret.
  20. Oh, the race baiting by Deion is 100% gonna be in play no matter where SS ends up, even if he doesn't get drafted know that's coming.
  21. Sanders skipped, straight passed on a lot of NFL team interviews because he didn't want to play for them. I have a pretty good resume, better than Sanders football resume. If there was job draft for my career, and I told 10 of the 32 companies I wasn't interviewing because I'm too talent for them... and that was known by the remaining 22 companies.... my resume ain't fucking good enough to overcome that poison. If you're gonna do that, you better have a legendary, record breaking, multiple national championship appearance sort of career as a QB. Sanders doesn't not even fucking have a good resume/career. And he's bring his dad with him.
  22. I largely agree with this, but think Gabriel's arm, while not great, is certainly better than mediocre. He is on the same level as Quinn with quick release unders/reads nd has a substantially better pocket awareness. No he's not a great athlete, but I think he is a good one that throws well on the move. I think poor man's Drew Brees is a fairly accurate assessment. So, we arent too far apart. I think Gabriel would do well in an RPO offense like thr Raider but I'm not sure he'll ever be a QB1. Mainly, I'd personally rather see Gabriel on Dallas' bench over Sanders and Ewers. I want Ewers to do well, I just dont have any faith he can stay healthy and has a lot of required growth that may or may not happen. Sanders is a cancer.
  23. Fair point
  24. I'll never understand people that go into threads they hate to post how stupid and pointless those threads are and that nobody should post in them. Is there anything more pointless? Isn't it ironic, don't you think?
