    2020 NFL DRAFT

https://sports.yahoo.com/report-dolphins-attempting-acquire-no-162019375.html The Dolphins are rumored to be working on swinging a deal with the Bungles to acquire the #1 pick. Would Burrow pull an Eli if he were drafted by the Bungles and refuse to play for them and demand a trade? The Dolphins certainly have the draft capital to offer pulling off the trade, they have three 1st rounders (#5, 18 & 26) and two 2nd rounders to offer in a package. That would be rather enticing to a 2-14 team with a lot of holes who could slide by another year with Dalton tanking for Lawrence in the 2021 draft. I wouldn't draft Tua at #5, not with his injury history. For a team that hasn't had a reliable QB since Dan Marino they can't afford to continue fucking up and rolling with an injury prone QB like Tua.
  4. The OOC schedule was pathetic last season so I can get behind this.
  5. But but but......Shaka was going to reach the Sweet 16 this season, he was cheated by that fucking virus.
  6. I don't know what became of the bitch tits, what I do know is that Shaped by Fire was an incredible album.

  8. Ever since Travis Smith left Trivium they haven't been able to hold onto a drummer, I hope this one sticks around because he's pretty damn good. Speaking of Trivium...... This thread could use some German metal.
  9. They're still pumping out some good tunes, but I miss Adler's style on the drums.
  10. Wescott and Shaka must be BFFs or some shit because he's constantly slobbing all over Shaka's knob, legitimately the last person defending Shaka that isn't a troll. The run near the end of the season was impressive, but the season as a whole was squandered. It ended with a colossal dud as the 2nd worst team in the conference quickly jumped out to a massive lead and never looked back, in Austin no less. The only reason Texas would've reached the NCAA tourney is because the vast majority of the bubble teams shit themselves down the stretch. Tech would've likely emerged victorious in the Big 12 tourney, if somehow Shaka managed to beat Tech again the KU game that followed would've amounted to a death sentence. A one and done in the NCAA tourney would've been the most realistic outcome, if anything Shaka has demonstrated an ineptitude to accomplish much of anything during March madness throughout his tenure at Texas.
  11. https://sports.yahoo.com/college-basketball-preseason-top-25-120004695.html Way too early preseason Top 25. Baylor, KU & Tech in the Top 10.
  12. Apparently Melvin Gordon isn't the only one having difficulty finding a suitor for his steep asking price.
  13. Denver is getting a good one in what amounted to a salary dump. They acquired a 30 year old 5 time pro bowler, 1 time all-pro for a 7th rounder.
  14. https://www.pff.com/news/pro-pff-ranks-the-top-10-edge-defenders-ahead-of-the-2019-nfl-season Clowney wasn't bad by any means prior to the 2019 season. I wouldn't place him among the elite pass rushers, but he was effective. The one stat that stood out was : That's literally a TFL every other tackle against the run.
  15. Damn! Stafford will go down as the highest paid QB to never win a playoff game.
  16. Interesting pairing. His physical ability is there, his struggles in recent years have been largely mental. Marcus could throw beautiful deep balls, but he looked for the check downs far too often or scrambled out of the pocket at the slightest hint of pressure after his right fibula injury following the 2016 season. There were times he could drop a perfect dime like this :
  17. Because Rudy Gobert was mocking the situation touching microphones and recorders acting as if he would never contract the virus.
  18. They had to do something to fix their toilet paper offensive line. They better hope they end up with the 2016 All-pro version or 2019 version and not the 2017 or 2018 version that led to his 5th year option being declined before the beginning of the 2019 season. It'll be glorious watching Baker fail with that stacked offense.
  19. Johnson signed a 3 year extension during the 2018 season, he's under contract until 2022. The cap hit is less punishing in 2021, he would only account for 3 million in dead cap. If the Texans released him this season he'd account for $16 million in dead cap.
  20. It's a shame that this ass clown is associated with the University of Texas. I laughed my ass off when Boyd threatened to beat his ass, I face palmed when he talked about Texas players being paid during the 2009 season to drum up attention to his social media and get his name out there.
  21. He'd account for over $16 million in dead cap if the Texans cut him this season saving only $2 million dollars.
  22. Cleveland being Cleveland. That Tannehill contract continues to look like a bargain : http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001106332/article/vikings-kirk-cousins-agree-to-2year-66m-extension
  23. This will go down as one of the most one sided trades of all time. The NFL has become a passing driven league, why would you trade away one of the most dominant receivers who shined despite a carousel of trash throwing him the ball early in his career for a RB with a bloated contract who hasn't had any kind of meaningful impact since 2016?
