Transfer Cycle 2024-2025 - Stop Being Poor
He's a badass pass rushing true freshman defensive end. Other than QB there aren't any more valuable player categories, especially in college.

Transfer Cycle 2024-2025 - Stop Being Poor
What position would you select if you wanted to get hit as little as possible, block as little as possible, still get the individual glory of scoring touchdowns, and either can't throw or more importantly can't lead well enough to play QB?

Yep he needs to worry about his life right now, not football.

This is who Steve Sarkisian is.
1st down was the right call. Then it went to shit. 2nd down should have been a play action boot with instructions to throw it away if it's not here. Then pound it 3rd and 4th down. If they stop it then it's a 7 point game with more than 2 minutes and they have the ball on their own goal line. I was saying this shit before 1st down. It's not hindsight.

2025 Orange Bowl - Notre Dame vs. Penn State
If you think Allar's performance looked like anything you've seen from Ewers and our offense you should delete your account and never post again. Jesus. Our passing game has had issues when the OL gets whipped as evidenced by our inability to run the ball. Penn State ran for 204 yards last night. Sometimes I wonder how you idiots manage to find the internet.

Quinn "La Joya" Ewers - The Man The Myth The Mullet, Now Starting for the Miami Dolphins
Nobody is puffing their chests out, that's a weird thing to say. The only thing I said is that posts saying Ewers is a below average QB are moronic takes because they are. And it's also pretty dumb to say he only takes heat because Manning is on the bench; David Ash took heat when Case McCoy was the other option. Ash was easily the only decent option when his brain wasn't scrambled. Message board morons always blame the QB when the offense sputters, well to be fair it's actually all simple football fans it's just that we're on a message board. And yes, people did say they'd rather have any other playoff QB and that was before the playoffs even started so included those fantastic Jennings and Rourke performances. Just because you didn't say you'd rather have Allar or Leonard doesn't mean nobody did. So basically you were wrong about everything in your post but at least you say it intelligently unlike others around here.

Quinn "La Joya" Ewers - The Man The Myth The Mullet, Now Starting for the Miami Dolphins
Like several of us have said, if football fans watched other QBs with as critical an eye as they watch their own, there would be a lot less bitching on fan forums. Imagine being a Texas fan who thinks Quinn Ewers is a below average P4 QB. Is he perfect? No. Does he make mistakes? Yes. But he's a shit ton better than most college QBs and makes fewer mistakes than they do, too.
