  1. You posted this because it's so fucking dumb you had to share, right? And your laughing Facebook reaction was a misclick, right?
  2. Oh bullshit. They should have gone into a meeting where they'd be outvoted 10-2 on everything by 10 people who don't even have the right to vote? GTFO with that BS.
  3. "Film doesn't lie" says the guy who's gone from Texas to Nebraska to Florida Atlantic.
  4. They should vote 2-0 that all liabilities are paid in the next 6 months by all active members equally then vote 2-0 that all assets pass to remaining members as of September 1, 2024.
  5. As usual early in these situations my official position is that I have no fucking idea. However, these two human beings both had good sources of income that aligned with their life histories and skill sets. One of them did something so idiotic it's hard to fathom and put tens of millions of dollars at risk, and that's even if what he says is true. The other one is claiming something that would only serve to reinforce her position and role. So even if you first assume Tucker is telling the truth and analyze what he did and then assume Tracy is telling the truth and analyze what she did, Tucker still looks like a complete fucking moron. So that's not good for credibility. Another thing is that his statement starts with standard boilerplate bullshit. "(D)evoid of any fairness for any matter of this importance" is straight lawyer gobbledygook. It's throwing a bunch of words and prepositional phrases out there to sound official. On the other hand some of the accusations don't really pass the smell test and he does make specific defenses and allegations in his statement. But my point is that anyone who straight up believes Mel Tucker about everything right now is out on a limb, imo. At best this is a 50/50 situation where outside observers really have no clue what the truth is.
  6. Now that the trolling appears to be done, it's true that it sounded like one jackass. But that jackass 1. Felt comfortable enough to do it and has therefore probably done it before and 2. Got no pushback from anyone in that video, and the video was plenty long enough for someone to say something If evidence comes out that he was made to leave the game then kudos to Alabama, their fans, and their stadium staff. But for now the video really does say something about them more generally even though only one guy was yelling it.
  7. I loved Worthy's effort all night on Saturday. I am thankful he hauled in the long touchdown. I think the first drop on the goal line was something we can believe at this point was an aberration. But we need to identify who does what. The play here (and his Georgia career) shows that the ball Ewers threw that got to Worthy's hand in the end zone over the CB and just before the safety got there has a MUCH higher probability of being caught by the good guys if it's thrown to Mitchell.
  8. So for Rice/Houston and USC/UCLA (and any other examples) does the school closest to the county geographical center get the home county?
  9. lulz "You can't do that or else we'll really hurt you!" right after you already just took away any chance for program relevance. I get why USC and UCLA (and then the others) did what they did. That's fine. Business decision purely in self-interest. You don't get to now be babies when those left behind exercise the same right. I don't think they will, but they absolutely should.
  10. Exactly. What happened is that punters and gunners got a shitload better than they were 30 years ago. If you let the ball bounce at the 8 on a short-ish punt your offense is going to start inside the 5 the vast majority of the time these days.
  11. Definitive proof that any idiot can start a youtube channel.
  12. He got his blXto posters mixed up. bluto had a hell of a delayed double post.
  13. Hayes went on to call for computerized ball/strike calls. Players finally having enough to the point where they're publicly calling for it.
  14. Based on federal money in versus money out, in a way you could consider their entire state a government housing project. No CR because I'm not picking sides, just pointing out that their state is a shithole.
  15. Oh geez if we're going to do this could you not start by being completely wrong? The TD to Mitchell was a much better throw than the one to Worthy. Ewers is not responsible for Mitchell stumbling. And any of you dummies whose panties were all atwist when I pointed out during the game that the first TD was a much better catch than throw should listen to Joey Galloway's correct analysis of that play.
  16. Such a good performance. A few perfect throws that were dropped, his only bad sequence was the end of the first half when we were backed up. Low throw to Sanders that should have converted a first down then a high throw to Worthy but with some pressure at his feet. Still need to get that ball down, sailing one in the middle third of the field when backed up is bad idea jeans. But watching that you get a sense of what a great game he had. Even his short screen tosses were right on the money, slightly in front of the receiver to get them moving upfield.
  17. No way, the weird old lady who thirsts for Ritz Bit would be gone if Ritz Bit left? She's such a loon.
  18. Our 2005 OL was easily better although this year's unit has time to improve. And David Thomas was better than Sanders is right now. Sanders has too many lapses. Thomas is pretty underrated by Texas fans.
  19. Here's a good start. Playoff run hit a speed bump yesterday I guess.
  20. One of you spiteful fuckers please start a thread where you quote all his A&M takes.
  21. No, he's popping off all over the board about how Alabama is terrible and Texas will lose somewhere else as if the entire board doesn't realize he's already shown he knows exactly jack shit about this team.
  22. The absolute best part of reading this as a Texas fan is that even though he's close to understanding reality, he's still completely bought in to their bullshit mythology and doesn't even realize it. The giveaway is the sentence saying their alumni base "(has) been taught and for the most part constantly display discipline, strive, hunger and resolve in all facets of their personal and professional lives." Aside from the grammatical errors and logical incongruencies it shows that just like the rest of them he really deep down thinks they're special. I've met plenty of good and hard-working Aggies, but I've also learned they have more than their share of incompetent and lazy buffoons. Where he's right is that Billy Liucci is symbolically the reason they have always sucked. "Pay me money to tell you how wonderful and special A&M is and by extension how wonderful and special you are." You never have to prove it, you just have to say it.
