All caveats aside about the legitimacy of the NCAA and their crack enforcement team, don't the rules about grad transfers state that a graduate transfer has to have "graduated" from his previous school (i.e. no "1 class remaining" Leinart type shit) and that he be transferring for "Graduate school", specifically a program not offered at his previous school?
I guess maybe LSU offers a very long-term graduate program in online studies with a course requirement of 1 class a semester.
Are there not also rules about scholarship athletes at least having to be "full-time" students? I thought I remembered something about my student loans or scholarship stuff stating that I had to be a full-time student (meaning something like 12 credit hours/semester) to qualify.
I suppose that if a school didn't give a shit about keeping a player in their last year eligible then anything goes, as long as they don't mind the hit to their APR.
