  1. They’re in good shape. Getting promoted in their first season would be quite an accomplishment. Notts are currently 15th with almost no shot at the playoffs. They won’t be going up with them if Wrexham pulls this off.

Ok it was back spasms for Adams.

    USMNT 2024

Rumor is there’s a virus going around the team and Tyler caught it.
  4. Sanders' pro day didn't help him either. He's going to get drafted but his stock took a big hit.
  5. he's not - his PACs and now the RNC are paying them!
  6. I no lawdog but the filing by NY AG gave Trump 10 days to respond. I'm guessing that if the guys who put up the bond can't prove they have the cash to meet it then it will be rejected. Then the question is does another clock start or can James start collecting immediately? and it's only going to get worse for him before it gets better. we're 10 days from the stormy daniels criminal trial starting and those bill rates are going to skyrocket.
  7. 3yearletterman trying to start WWIII: Translation : Can't afford carpeted bathrooms @khamenei_ir
  8. (I googled for us non-lawyers - the purpose of a "motion in limine" is to prevent the jury from being exposed to potentially prejudicial information before a ruling on admissibility can be obtained.)
  9. that happened to us last year. weird seeing taxes go up when your appraisal goes down.
  10. and more on Cannon:
  11. gotta post using the twitter domain for it to embed. also:
  12. https://davidlat.substack.com/p/clerking-for-judge-aileen-cannon-why-clerks-quit Long post about Cannon's clerkship issues but also covers her perceived bias. Long story short - she got too creative when she issued her special master rulings, and the subsequent smackdown from the 11th circuit made clerking for her unappealing to top candidates. This made filling the positions difficult and caused additional delays. She's also inexperienced as a trial judge and so it's amateur night with every ruling. IMHO she likely is making the same mistake with this jury instructions nonsense. In her mind, she's trying a novel approach to be fair to both parties. In reality, she's fucking the goat and getting the law wrong (again).
  13. He probably lied about the collateral to get the bond.
  14. it would be sooo on brand for him to lose everything because he doesn't want everyone to know he's broke.
