  1. Has there been new news recently about Ewers or is it just an assumption we’re still in the wait and see with him? When Maalik committed it seemed to be the somewhat end of it but it seems to have spiked up again.
  2. And returned the following spring to workout on campus and watch the spring game or something to that extent.
  3. Yep. I forgot that covid didn’t take a year from everyone. I was counting Bishop and Febres as SRs next year. carry on
  4. So G - D. Jones / Askew G - A. Jones / Ramey / Febres G/F - Allen/ Cunningham / Tyson F - Disu / Bishop F - Sims / Ongenda Fuck what a team that would be. I still think that if we land another G that Ramey leaves though. Gonna be a hell of a turnover the next year if that’s the group with the entire starting 5, Bishop and Febres leaving.
  5. I’m down for this and I think it would be obtainable. Someone would leave out of it (I think if Harmon comes, Ramey leaves). But that’s a solid 12 (11 minus Ramey) G - Harmon / Askew G - Jones / Ramey / Febres G/F - Bishop / Tyson / Cunningham F - Allen / Williams F - Sims / Ogenda
  6. To be fair, how many “Texas is my dream school” kids do we get to sign?
  7. This roster would be amazing but I can’t see it happening. By the time conference play starts, you’re looking at an 8, maybe 9, man rotation. If Harmon and Young come, Ramey won’t. We won’t get Harmon, Young and Ramey I don’t think. A roster of 12 guys who are use to playing won’t work. A 12 man rotation doesn’t exist.
  8. I don’t think Coleman comes back. My guess based off the shit on here. G - Harmon, AJ, Ramey, Askew, Tyson, Febres, Cunningham F - Sims, Allen, Bishop Solid ass 10 there. Not much size though.
  9. TLDR version - all them bitches lyin’
  10. Yeah. Doesn’t really matter how you look at it. He still has 4 seasons to play. Technically you could treat it like he was an incoming freshman from HS and RS him again I think but that won’t happen. I feel like this QB competition ends with one starting and the other transferring.
  11. G - Harmon / Askew G - Jones / Febres G/F - Bishop / Cunningham / Tyson F - Allen / Williams F - Sims
  12. Don’t think it’ll happen again. Still doesn’t change that scenario much though. 21/22 - Card (RS FR) / Maalik (HS Sr) / Arch (HS Jr) 22/23 - Card (RS Covid2 FR) / Maalik (FR) / Arch (HS Sr) 23/24 - Card (RS SO) / Maalik (RS FR)/ Arch (FR) 24/25 Card (RS Jr / Maalik (RS So) / Arch (RS FR) If Card is the guy, you’d think after 3 years of starting in Sarks O, he’s leaving. Would leave a RS Sophomore Maalik and a RS Freshman Arch battling for the starting spot. If not, Arch is probably transferring out and you’ve got a RS Jr Maalik as your starter in 25/26 with 4 years in the system. If he’s not figured it out by then, you won’t. The good news about Maalik is he’s good with the process. He picked Texas to be with Sark and grow, not to step in and play.
  13. Maalik is all potential. Comparing him to Klubnik or Ewers is worthless cause they won’t look the same. The play is for 3-4 years from now. The earliest Maalik would be in a competition to start would be his RS Freshman year and (assuming he’s an EE) would have 2 springs and a full season under his belt with Sark. Also, if you’re not a fan of Maalik and what he looks like now, him being a project I’m sure is appealing to Arch Manning. His freshman year both Casey and Card could be gone (would be Card’s Senior year).
  14. Mmmm. Jessica Alba.
  15. I agree. Just going off what we have right now
  16. G - Askew G - Jones / Cunningham G - Febres / Tyson F - Bishop F - Allen
  17. You know as good as anyone, that’s not how shit works around here
  18. In on Gaoteote, in on Worthy, in on To To fucking bring em all.
  19. So ideally G - Jones / Askew G - Ramey / Tyson G - Febres / Cunningham F - Allen F - T. Groves / J. Groves Would need another big or by some chance Sims comes back.
  20. G - Jones, Askew, Febres, Tyson F - Cunningham, Allen ?s - Sims, Coleman, Ramey, Brown, Hepa
  21. He definitely likes getting to the rim. Watching that highlight film, it’s almost impressive that he averaged 17 a game with defenses knowing he was gonna drive.
