  1. It's not difficult to follow if you understand the timeline of Mark Emmert's eventual castration, coordinated with Saban's perennial top recruiting classes, Kirby buying his own classes, and the two shitheels finally figuring out how not to start John Parker Wilson at QB.
  2. Dumb question amnesty about the SECSEC: How is there an 'in-Saban-circle' with his recruting shens, but any competitor (not within the Saban coaching tree) gets fuckstarted for sending a fax? e.g. Hugh Freeze @ Oxford for dumb-shit-bag-dropping (and misdialing an escort service) at the same time the Kirby Smart parted ways to Athens, where he redialed Saban's same connections to start buying his own classes. So Saban and Smart are overlooked, but Pruitt gets ratted out for dropping literal McDonald's bags, then aggy blows their load on one class that Jimbo will certainly mismanage, only to end in a bitchfest.
  3. Where are we on PPP "loans" grants? https://justthenews.com/nation/states/center-square/fed-report-finds-75-800-billion-paycheck-protection-program-didnt-reach

  5. Having blasted through that section of 635 a few times myself (~90 cruise), I have to believe that shot was taken during early hours on a Sunday morning or something. That run illustrates the entire section from around DNT/Midway up to I35 with no vehicles being passed over that clip. That section of road is three lanes wide with a barrier wall and structural works between east bound and west bound lanes.
  6. Where are we with today's gem that most overlooked? All cool to chip away at Fifth Amendment protections, remove one of the few remedies a criminal defendant might have (at both the Federal and State level), and set some slippery slopes on future Miranda challenges with fewer mechanisms to keep Law Enforcement in check. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/06/23/us/politics/supreme-court-miranda-lawsuits.html https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2022/06/miranda-warnings-supreme-court-alito-kagan.html
  7. It's super easy-- get the car clean, take a bunch of photos, post all the details to AutoTrader, CarGurus and/or Cars.com. Be prepared for a shitstorm of tire kickers and lowball offers to fuck off, but a legit one will come by quickly in this market. Collect the buyer's personal details if offering a test drive, prepare a private 'Bill of Sale' template for the buyer to sign when you reach an agreement. Seems you should make out with an additional $5K easy over what your dealership is offering... You can also negotiate the trade value with your dealer and tell them 'no thanks,' with your intent to sell private party until they get real on your trade offer.
  8. Offering your vehicle for trade is only beneficial out of convenience (easy to let go) or to offset the sales tax on your new purchase. If neither are of significant value, just put it up for a private party sale. Private inventory is coveted these days, with all the dealerships scraping the bottom of the barrels for preowned inventory to upsell.
  9. Don't think this has been posted yet, captured 26 y/o Russian contract describes how he entered the RU army, how brief his training was and that he had zero live-fire exercises with an AK-74 before he was trucked in over Belarus, past Chernobyl, and inserted into battle where his comrades FAFO. During a civilian/resident raid north of Kyiv, his commanding officer pushed a UKR man off an 8th story window where he "learnt to fly," Shit gets real at 19:25 when he calls his mom with a few baited questions about the war and she spouts off straight RU propoganda. Ukraine journalist is aside himself over the sheer mess of bullshit and generation gap. Two, maybe three full generations of Russia are completely fucked.
  10. Shark-fin soup and finely-ground tiger penis "medications" > mRNA research. Superior.
  11. Kinda curious how/where the U.S. manages to source and scrape up $165M in non-NATO (i.e. Russian) ammo rounds to supply Ukraine. ...overnight parts from India?

  14. I wished I had jumped into this thread from day one, since I have a unique insider view of GME. But the following quote lifted from another forum I frequent outlines how/why 'HODL' still applies to $GME by the retail investor as yet another mechanism to expose the publicly-traded ponzi scheme and potentially squeeze the shorts even further. And yeah, my GME shares are in book-entry form with Computershare.

  18. (I'm in DFW but watching radars) KEWX resolution is shitty but the Jarrell velocity/rotation looks spicy on radar. Definite debris ball in it and it's still west of 35.

  22. https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1502562921959903233.html Sergey Beseda, head of the FSB’s foreign intelligence branch, was arrested with Anatoly Bolyukh, his deputy, according to a leading expert on the Russian security services, who said that sources from within FSB had confirmed the detention of both men Vladimir Osechkin, an exiled Russian human rights activist, also confirmed the arrests. He added that FSB officers had carried out searches at more than 20 addresses around Moscow of colleagues suspected of being in contact with journalists “The formal basis for conducting these searches is the accusation of the embezzlement of funds earmarked for subversive activities in Ukraine,” Osechkin said. “The real reason is unreliable, incomplete and partially false information about the political situation in Ukraine” The spy chief’s defenestration attests to Putin’s growing fury towards the intelligence services, which he believes provided false information over the situation in Ukraine, Soldatov said. “Putin has finally understood that he was misled,” Soldatov told The Times This week Soldatov said the final reports produced by the FSB on Ukraine in the run-up to the invasion were “simply not right, which is part of the reason as to why things have gone so badly for Russia” This war will be a total failure, FSB whistleblower saysSpies in Russia’s infamous security apparatus were kept in the dark about President Putin’s plan to invade Ukraine, according to a whistleblower who describedhttps://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/this-war-will-be-a-total-failure-fsb-whistleblower-says-wl2gtdl9m?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1646633250-1 Their assessments of popular support among Ukrainians for a Russian invasion and the extent to which the country would resist were “terribly miscalculated”, he said Kyiv is ready to face the Russian onslaughtAs Russian armour massed to the west, Kyiv’s remaining residents prepared yesterday to defend themselves, relying on trenches, sandbags and relentless optimihttps://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/kyiv-is-ready-to-face-the-russian-onslaught-zhwmn9tt2?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1647065291-1 However, he added: “The problem is that it is too risky for superiors to tell Putin what he doesn’t want to hear, so they tailor their information. We can’t rule out the fact that the intelligence they gathered on the ground was in fact very good"
  23. Anon compromised and extracted 820GB (364,000 files) from the Roskomnadzor, the Russian federal agency responsible for censorship of Russian media. I'ts already been packaged into two bittorrents for the community to scour through. https://ddosecrets.substack.com/p/release-roskomnadzor-820-gb?s=r
  24. Yes, reservations are pretty much a must unless you're a late-night diner. I was able to snag a 8:30 Saturday reservation just four days in advance. It's a pretty fun date night spot for the unique experience and ability to socialize with neighbors along the table beside you. They do park movable dividers between parties but they aren't tall enough to isolate your seating.
