  1. Since they are not cutting games in the regular season they should extend the season and allow more rest. 2-3 games a week max, end the playoffs right before football starts. No reason you can’t play in July with only baseball for competition
  2. Just think he fits well with what is available this year and who would come here. Paired with Amen makes sense. He can play point or score 40. A willing defender. He is basically what you hope Green can become. Fits the gritty style of this team. Amen Mitchell Bari/Brooks Alpi Adams Bench: Tari, Whitmore, Landale That team may find the 6 seed with some help for the bench at PG
  3. Mask restrictions were legal and the norm for banks pre covid. Three years later: Masks in branches, once outlawed, are here to stay. One ironic effect from the COVID-19 pandemic was that banks and credit unions, which historically forbade customers from wearing masks in their branches for security reasons, started requiring them. https://www.americanbanker.com/creditunions/news/three-years-later-masks-in-branches-once-outlawed-are-here-to-stay#:~:text=Credit unions-,Three years later%3A Masks in branches%2C once,outlawed%2C are here to stay&text=One ironic effect from the, security reasons%2C started requiring them.
  4. Rookie of the year (already mentioned?) Hot to Trot
  5. Did we get a new hitting coach or something? The fall off seems contagious
  6. The Green/Mobley comparisons will be very interesting come next offseason. Trade FVV +Green and a pick for Mitchell.
  7. https://www.inc.com/associated-press/caitlin-clark-to-sign-nike-deal-worth-28-million.html#:~:text=Caitlin Clark appears to be,and includes a signature shoe. Caitlin Clark appears to be on the cusp of setting another record. The most prolific scorer in NCAA Division I history and the No. 1 overall pick in the WNBA draft will continue her association with Nike by signing a $28 million contract that spans eight years and includes a signature shoe.
  8. 100% agree. She is not underpaid, nor are any WNBA players. Maybe she brings some viewers and they can start breaking even.
  9. WNBA revenue was $60 million last year. She absolutely is worth $30 million or half the league value.
  10. Curious. Which highlight reel can you point to that is more impressive/entertaining skill wise than CC’s college film? Scoop layups and corner threes aren't the same as shots from the logo to go with the ball handling and passing (of which i’m sure she has peers and superiors). She’s the most coordinated and skilled female basketball player i’ve seen, doesn’t mean she is the “best”. Just fun to watch Love Swoopes. Comparing the two on film looks like two different sports. Final 4 was the same. She was in another class than anyone else on the floor.
