Agreed!  Can't go wrong with any of their offerings.  Their pinto bean spice and guisada seasonings are great!
 
	Also, get a few cans of Rotel for your pantry.  Great for a quick taco meal with ground beef and taco seasoning.  Many other applications.  It's a pantry staple.

	Amazon has it, too.  Brisket posted a quick green chile pork recipe using that salsa and it is great!  IIRC, cube a pork shoulder, brown the meat in some olive oil and add pepper with a little salt.  Add some diced onions and garlic.  Add 1-2 jars of salsa depending on the pork quantity.  I'd do 2 for anything over 2.5 lbs.  The salsa is really salty, so keep that in mind.  I think he added some cubed potatoes at this point, too.  The salsa is relatively mild, so if you like heat you might float a serrano in there.
 
	Simmer for a couple of hours or pressure cook it for 30-45 minutes.  Let it sit for a minute if you think it is too thin.  Serve it with warm tortillas and lime wedges.
