  21. Question on storage. I've got stuff I want to store for 10+ years. Should I opt for using professional storage, or can I effectively store these myself? I've got two wine coolers that hold temp well and maintain a good humidity level (65%). Also, how concerned should I be for temporary power outages (12 hours)?

  23. I picked up four bottles of the 2016 Pontet-Canet to hold for my son’s 21st (he was born in 2016). 2018 is supposed to the the vintage of the century for Champagne so I can’t wait to buy a case of that for my 2018-born daughter when they come out (in about 10 years).
