  1. Ewers sucked last week at home too. No matter what Da Fino's stupid ass thinks. 5 star, highest rated QB ever and he can't complete 35% of his passes against a weak pass defense. I think most Texas fans suffer from Stockholm syndrome. Texas football abuses fans and they make excuses. I get it that Ian Boyd and pay sites do it because they want fans to stay engaged and pay them money. But normal fans shouldn't be such pussies about an under performing team. TCU is undefeated for godsakes. Coaches can make immediate an immediate difference in college football.
  2. No you shut up douche. He didn't even play his Senior year in high school so he could get money. He sure as hell didn't show any toughness today. He had a hurt finger nail today. Boo hoo. Spencer Sanders was beat up for real after last week and made plays to win. There have been prima donnas for decades too. Until he proves me wrong, he is one of them.
  3. He is a prima donna that doesn't really care that much about anything but his NIL.
  4. Never pay money to these numb nuts. PK is the biggest problem with this team? They give up 3rd and long every week. They can't defend a slant or a go route against back ups. PK should have been fired last year. He is trash. And Ian Boyd can't see the forest for the trees. He can analyze on some level but there is something about him that just misses what is going on. Bankrupt these guys so they can get back to writing for the fun of it and doing something productive for society.
  5. Not staying to sing The Eyes with the fans is what losers do. Lose lose lose. It's all they know how to do. Lucky they didn't lose to Iowa St.
  6. If the DBs would play the ball on deep patterns OSU would have had to punt. Honestly, just throw up deep balls against this Defense. You will either score a TD or get PI everytime. 100%. Gundy will figure it out. Just watch.
  7. He was cringy. But I like that he sang "Worthy" a gospel on air in reference to how good Xavier Worthy. That was cool.
  8. I think the D staff focused on stopping the run during the off season but didn't have enough time to actually teach coverage. The D couldn't stop run or pass last year. This year the run D is okay, but the pass coverage is ridiculously bad. Keystone cops bad. Fire PK. Or least fire Terry Joseph. He didn't have a good reputation at Notre Dame as a coach. Need to get DB specialist in.
  9. I don't think beating the piss out of anyone is in this Texas team's ability. But getting a W? Good enough.
  10. Ian Boyd can be at once correct in some comments and at the same time completely out of touch with reality.
  11. Texas loses one WR and the whole offense goes to crap? BS. How many times have opponents lost a player and the next player comes in motivated and outplays expectations. Never happens for Texas. I wonder why? Maybe a weak, loser culture? Milton lost speed since he left ISU? Gimme an effin break. Brennen Thompson should be on the field. Sanders should be stepping up. 5 Star Whittington should shoulder some load. All this BS about Texas playing well but fell short because they list a player is loser talk. I will never give money to these charlatans producing swill for the naive. The loss comes down to a lack of toughness, discipline, and coaching strategy. Texas played up for Alabama like Tech plays up for us. But Alabama has enough discipline to win. Texas doesn't.
  12. Ian Boyd is busy typing how great of a defensive mind PK is. But he was a co-DC at Washington.
  13. We have a 5 star TE who rarely gets passed to. He got a catch late, but nothing over the middle. Tech's coach used a 2 star TE all over the field to torch our Secondary. If Sark can't utilize a player like Sanders, we need to move on from him. Not sure who but so far he has been a waste of time.
  14. Holding on to PK could be Sark's albatross.
  15. Anymore analysis for week 3?
  16. The DBs still don't cover tightly. A little better at times in the 2nd half. But very poor overall. PK still hasn't proven himself.
  17. I agree. PK scored an F this year. He didn't teach the players and he didn't hold his assistants accountable. He had months to make corrections. He failed gameplanning opponents. So much was wrong that PK should be fired immediately after the Kansas St game. But logically if you want to peel off all the onion's layers you start with defensive positional coaches. Then go to D Coordinator the next year. Underneath all that the S&C program has to be functional and recruiting has to have a high hit rate.
  18. At the least PK should get to choose all new assisstants for next year. I don't think that will be enough.
  19. I got that too. He doesn't say there aren't some talent and development issues. Those exist too. But that was an open letter to his friend saying that PK really sucks hard. He had success in the Pac 12 but he has been a complete failure at Texas. Personally I was concerned during the Louisiana game, but I can jump the gun a bit. But what I saw in that game has been reinforced in every game so far this year. Of the supposed good games they had like ISU, they played well for a half and then completely gave up. There problems aren't getting tired from being on the field too much. Here is the thing. Defenses control how much time they spend on the field. 3 and out and they get to rest. If they are staying on the field for a long time it is because they are getting their sh-t pushed.
  20. If Sark doesn't fire PK. CDC needs to fire Sark. If CDC doesn't fire Sark in that case. Then CDC needs to be fired. But Sark isn't the one fire him now or in 2022. It's coming. Better to do it now or in a year? Maybe depends on what coaches are out there.
  21. I say F--- every 9.95er in the Texas sports universe who sold Sark as a hire to the fan base. At the announcement I knew this was a bad hire. He is a nobody who has done nothing. But these assholes kept saying how great of a mind he was and celebrated, celebrated his hire of PK. The staff is dogshit. The roster is dogshit too. But Kansas roster is double dogshit.
  22. Maybe Kevin Dunn will quit blaming talent after this game. Fact is PK has been garbagr all year and the Sark couldnt motivate a crowd at a rock concert.
  23. Scipio is half-assing it like the Texas team I see. He usually loses interest at this point of the season after his predictions don't come true.
  24. Sark is a bad coach. I think he has proven that. Picked a bad staff. Hasn't held the players accountable. They haven't taught them fundamentals like they were supposedly going to do. Sark and Flood coat tailed on Saban's culture.
  25. Can we all agree that Kevin Dunn is full of shit about there being no talent on this team? Every post game show he starts by saying how the problem is lack of talent. In terms of raw athletic potential, Texas has at least as many talented athletes as any other Big 12 team. I will never believe that Baylor has more athletes than Texas. For god sake, they didn't even fill there scholarship limit 2 years ago. The problem isn't talent. The problem is development, technique/fundamental teaching, and accountability. Every other team in the Big 12 has Texas beat on those 3 things. So far Sark's staff hasn't shown much ability to provide those things. I think Herman's staff was okay at strength development, but sucked bad at the other two, 1/3. Now Texas may be 0/3.
