  1. Because he's probably a good hardworking responsible kid that really wants to contribute but after three years basically just has straight line speed so he gets some sweep hand off just to get blown up at the point of attack by a single defender taking out both his soft blocker and himself
  2. Ok I'm actually laughing seeing Stroh out there
  3. Tons of soft players on this team
  4. When Ryan Niblett is a captain on offense, what the hell do we expect. What do the sunshine pumpers watch I wonder
  5. Underperformance from 5 star takes is slowly mounting. Arch got the stars in multiple ways but not from on the field performance at Newman, and he looks like a guy with some tools that could be special but effectively gained nothing from jogging around against impotent 2A competition, meaning he needed and may still need significant time in the oven so to speak. Kobe Black. Simmons is special no doubt, yet for some reason looks indistinguishable from Justice Finkley so far this year Jonah Williams could be great, and patience is needed no doubt, but the cards are begining to stack against him in an uncomfortable way. Looks like a Whittington trajectory early on, at least there's hope his injury situation does not become chronic just yet. Ant Hill is who he is, but again has looked the least impactful of the three top linebackers early in the '25 campaign. My hope is he is being held back a bit until conference play. Brandon Baker looks like a serviceable tackle, nowhere near expectations however. Too early to make any judgements for Terry, despite fellow freshman Lance Jackson playing heavily. Jaime Ffrench? Michael Terry? Crickets so far. Hopefully at least Lockett starts getting more snaps. Wingo can run end arounds. Baxter has had a ton of bad luck DJ Campbell, has played a lot and has held a lot
  6. This team we have seen for two weeks can lose a lot more than 3 games
  7. Goddamn, Simmons is not taking being the #1 edge well
  8. After rewatching the all-plays supercut, have to say Arch deserves about 90% of the blame, and 10% we need better receivers. Moore and Wingo haven't done enough with the time under their belts as would be expected from players receiving praise and money as they do. However, Arch could not have been worse in key moments especially with Wingo. The big missed third down we all remember was of course a big deal, but many throws to the sticks on shallow crossers and slants both to Wingo and Endries were right there for easy first downs but he missed them or saw them way too late. 4th down to Livingstone in the end zone was thrown right as Wingo had broken into space past his man, with a clear throwing window for a first down and maybe a TD but more likely tackled inside the 5. Either way the guy throwing always matters the most, and this guy looked like the moment was too big for him
  9. I'm concerned, we're all concerned
  10. On the other hand, I was very pleased with the performance of the core of the OL. We look to be improved at G-C-G
  11. Jaggy being our end zone threat speaks very poorly of Wingo. The star WR at Texas can't just be a reverse gadget guy
  12. He's just not accurate, but compounded with that the timing with the WRs is very off. Wingo is ROUGH as a WR1
  13. Not missing Ewers, but Golden, Blue and Helm
  14. Yeah, next off-season with THAT much tinkering week in and week out on both sides will immediately tell me to lower my expectations
  15. We might have zero truly elite players on offense
  16. Jaggy McJaggerson will be the spark
  17. 1. Bama 2. UGA 3. Themselves OR LSU 4. LSU OR themselves Every Aggie's fever dream. Texas could be back to back champs and they'll still wish upon a star for this conference outcome
  18. Texas RTs and penalties, name a better duo
  19. https://youtu.be/Cz7tw5ViYxk?si=aXxfDUvMcxfqxNl-
  20. What do you propose to do about that? Read more Kirk Bohls?
